I bought a pair of shoes two months ago and they were fine, now they are worn out, I bought a new pair, I chose the blue ones, they are very comfortable, I am seventy years old, but these shoes are very Suitable for the elderly, soft-soled walking shoes for the elderly.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes size 8 which arrived separately.
The first pair arrived wrong size, a 41 when it should be 42. First email I received back, asked if I read the shoe size guide, the second has asked for a photo to prove wrong size so delay tactics!
The second pair have arrived , size 8 but are too small and do not fit on the heel so I want a refund
I just want to return the items and get a refund. Not impressed.

Great shoes arrived promptly. Tracking spot on.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes in good faith from a phone pop-up ad on 15th April. Shoes delivered fine and looked decent. I wore one pair out and discovered they are small made. On 4rd May I asked to exchange the unworn pair for larger size and got a lecture from them regarding their website size guide. They offered a 10% refund. I persevered regarding the exchange and they still refused to exchange and offered 15% refund. Still persevering, on 6th May they said I could return at my expense and alternatively offered 25% refund which I reluctantly accepted as I had now purchase and alternative. Below is their reply:-
'Thank you for your understanding and support. I have requested a refund for you. Staff will process this refund as quickly as possible. After the banking system audits, the money will arrive in the account. Do not worry. Allow 7-10 business days for this refund to be credited to the credit card account you paid with. If after 10 days you still have not received your refund, please contact me. Sincerely, Catherine '
I have now reminded them twice with the following response:-
'I'm sorry that the new employees in our company are unskilled in business. I have arranged a priority refund for you. Please be patient. Hope my answer is helpful to you.

I'm still waiting for the refund today 24th July. I no longer trust this company and hope others might benefit from my experience of them.

I would like to be constructive about this compamy I ordered Fish-mouth Rivet Open Toe Flat Sandals
White/7 X 1. What I got was so bad! It looked as if a really have cargo truck had rolled over them. I couldnt even wear them as they were so badly made. I contacted the Oaimuhz customer service on 3-4 occasions and sent them photos, and all they could do was to offer a small compensation. In the UK we would get 100% compensation. I took them to two reputable repair shops and also got the opinion of a podiatrist. All said these were very 'lethal' as they could damage a persons foot! IThey said I could send them back but it was costing so much....and what could they do but put them on a rubbish tip....and they are not suitable for even that! I am demanding nothing less than 100% compenation but they are refusing. Being constructive: do not buy shoes from this company. I tdont want to say rude things. Their website is not safe: full of viruses: I cannot even open their website now as the virus protection on my computer has detected a multitude of horrible viruses on this website. More than anything, do not buy anything from them. If they are trading as another company...god help us all. I have bought on line before...and I have been happy with the companies I have bough from: But this one? NO! Save yourself some aggro!

It is very competitively priced and got the socks which I thought were of good quality, very soft

The fish mouth shoes are made of leather fabric, and there are some creases when received. The customer service gave me some compensation, which is a perfect solution….

The shoes I bought came up smaller than advertised. Term and conditions state if the product is incorrect oaimuhz offer free returns. THIS IS NOT TRUE TO CUSTOMERS IN THE UK. apparently I have to pay for the return myself and that costs more than the trainers!! I have been offered a 30% refund but 2 months on I'm still waiting....

That's pretty much where the positive part of this review ends.

The sizing of these shoes are way of. What I ordered, according to their size guide on their website, was a UK 11.5 or 45 EU size - wide fitting.
These shoes are no where close to being a wide fit, and they are definitely not UK 11.5. I didn't even bother to try and put them on as I could see they were never going to fit.

Then came the attempt at getting a refund. Which according to their website is no problem if you return within 30 days. (With their permission)
Well, this is a load of rubbish. They will only offer a partial refund, even though they admitted it was a fault with their sizing. I had an exchange of emails and finally settled for a 30% refund, I did this because my patience was wearing thin and it was clear they have no intention of refunding the entire amount of £24.98. They said that I should find someone who the shoes will fit and sell to them.
I've bought some other shoes from a UK manufacturer, and they are a UK 11 wide fitting, and you can clearly see a massive difference in size.

So, to sum up. They turned up on time. They are no where near the size that are advertised. And you won't get a full refund, unless you send them back to China at your own expense.

Ordered breathable polo shirt for my son-in-law to take to America. Money taken from my bank on 15th May. Goods arrived 24 May. Absolutely gutted. Shirt shrunk on first 30 degree wash. My daughter is always so fussy and careful with her washing so don't feel she did anything wrong. Glad I didn't order 2 as I previously thought about doing. Wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

The shoes you supplied took 7 weeks to be delivered then did not fit. You claimed you were unable to exchange them and suggested I sell them privately. Eventually you agreed to a 30% refund but this has not been paid after 2 months.
This is a shame as the shoes are excellent but your logistics are inadequate.

Such a joke of a company. Saw an advert for a pair of men's trainers that looked cool, so I ordered them with a different pair also. They sent me kids shoes and the other pair were different to what was advertised. I've tried to get a refund and send them back but they keep emailing total nonsense and refusing to give me my money back. Avoid at all cost.

Keep well away from this ridiculous outfit.

Anything you buy will take ages to arrive and when (or if it arrives) it will rarely fit you.

You can write to them and they will send a load of illiterate rubbish with stupid promises and contents

This is company is a nightmare to deal with. I ordered three Large polo shirts. They arrived and the size was extremely small not the large that I ordered large.
I asked to reurn and obtain a refund. They suggested I donate the goods to charity and they will give me a 10% refund!!
Three emails later they will not accept the return and refund me in full. They have now offered me 30% refund and to donate the items to charity. I have never received such ridiculous customer service

Never read reviews before ordering, I as warned by my wife that they would take a long time to come but nothing about issues with actual shoe as she has ordered before and no issues, apart from length of time for order to come. I was willing to wait. So, the wait was not that long, two weeks from ordering, not bad from China. Unfortunately, it looks like I have fell foul to the shoe size issue, like many others I now see from reviews. I ordered UK size 11, EU45 but the shoes I got were definitely not an 11! It had a tag on them with 44 on, so not even EU45. I checked my order details on my email confirmation, and yes, definitely had UK11 / EU45. The package had no receipt, company details or how to return or get in touch. One thing, my wife's shoes that I also ordered for her birthday, were perfect. Just mine. I have use the email address to get in touch, no reply as of yet. Probably stuck with shoes, have to find someone in the family that takes that size and like the style i ordred.

The latest offer is 30% refund but I have to pay the cost of shipping them back to China which is more than the shoes cost. Do not deal with this company, total waste of time and money

Ordered shoes from them (not realising they were a China based company) and waited 3 weeks for them to arrive. I ordered EU size 45 and this is what was delivered. However I have no idea what size guide they use, as I could not get the shoes on and would estimate they were EU42/43 at the most.
Contacted them asking for a pre-paid returns label and to have a full refund and there started all their nonsense of partial refund and you keep them or it is responsibility to return them (no where on their website did it state that). As many will know, the offer of partial refund is standard for these bogus Chinese retailers.
All I can advise here is to avoid this Company AT ALL COSTS and in general terms do not buy anything from a China based online retailer as you will invariably regret it

My husband ordered a pair of shoes in size 9, they sent a ladies shoe in a size 6, when I contacted them they offered me a 15% refund & suggested I give them to someone & said they're a new company and returns & refunds would be devastating to the company I refused & said I wanted a full refund, they then offered me 30% refund, I said no, then it was 40% refund, I've told them no again, I'm waiting for the reply, don't order from this company.
