Oakmax were very efficient in the order process.
However the delivery was nearly 10 days from order even though the delivery cost was £100. the delivery company they used were not the best

Our main regret is that we did not identify the delay early enough to update you sooner or try to chase the delivery before it affected your plans. We’ll be looking at how we can monitor these situations more closely, especially during busy periods.
Around bank holidays, parts of the pallet network can become more congested and delays can happen, but we fully understand that this does not remove the inconvenience caused.

Got my refund without any problem
A few days ago, I misplaced an order and was quite worried because I was unfamiliar with the company and only wanted to check the shipping cost. I sent an email requesting a refund, and they promptly handled my case within the next working day. They cancelled my order and refunded me in just two working days. I appreciate the excellent customer service. Now that I know where to buy the oak wood, I feel confident. Thank you again.
