OakMax Limited Avis

Using Oakmax posts and standard sizes saved me quite a bit compared to ordering from local suppliers despite the shipping costs. Delivery was punctual -would recommend

The delivery was very quick and the wood was delivered to our carport by the driver as asked. A very helpful driver.
Unfortunately a number of the sleepers are bent and full of shakes ..... but as its not Notre-Dame we are building I don't suppose that matters .....

I was a bit nervous about ordering over the internet unseen, as it were, but Oakmax were exceptional about the amount and when it would be delivered. I would have preferred a grabber arm on the delivery companies truck which would have made things a lot quicker and easier, but it all went very smoothly in the end.

The wood is mostly good some planks were cracked, however the customer service was great 😃 and the shipping was faster than expected but extremely expensive.

Such a lovely team and really helpful!

The timber was great and as advertised. The delivery was delayed as it was on one pallet whose weight meant that it could not be unloaded from the vehicle. Oakmax arranged for the load to be split on 2 pallets, and the delivery was then completed satisfactory.

Very happy with my oak post was exactly what I wanted.customer service was very good had a follow up call letting me no how to track my product and how heavy it would be and what to expect very happy

Great delivery times. Also when there was a small issue it was sorted out within the hour.

even when one piece went missing they sent another .

Great Service & Product, very happy.

Will certainly use again..

Delivery and communication relating to it was not good. No call to tell me what was happening... Grumpy driver at delivery ...lots of fuss about second person to offload... Could have loaded pallets differently and then used the pallet truck to offload.. manual unload in less than 30 minutes with just me and the driver... Not hard work not slow... Standard bit of work

However the oak purchased is excellent and very good value for money... Many thanks guys

I find everyone I deal with was very helpful and polite.

Good service and delivery, got a call after ordered to make sure all was ok, good quality oak, a very good price, very happy to recommend OakMax.

Great service

Good communications through out. From ordering to delivery. Ordered the oak post 200 x 200 x 3000 - beautiful pieces of oak - they are the focal points for the pergola and gonna look stunning.

Delivered on time and was in perfect condition

I was reluctant using facebook like many, however i emailed and had a response and then purchased with instructions to collect, I was sent an account and a phone call explaining where and when to collect, that all went like clockwork. everyone was professional and polite and the whole experience was great. will definately use again

Fantastic product, swift action and a pleasure to deal with.

Would have been 5 stars but one of the pieces of oak was not to size and quite bent. Tbh I should have reported it as soon as I noticed but have put up with it.
Very good comma otherwise and fast delivery.
