I have recently purchased a selection of clothes for both of my daughters and the changing bag. Everything is of such a high quality and the customer service is incredible. The new changing bag is such an excellent size and is perfect for going out with both of my children (wish I’d purchased the bag in every colour!!)

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Ocean & Cove Baby. I purchased a changing bag for £74.99 and, after only around seven months of ownership and very limited use, the material around the handle has split and started coming away. For a bag at this price, I expected much better quality and durability.

I contacted customer service and provided photographs of the damage. Unfortunately, they refused to offer a replacement and offered just £15 as a goodwill refund. I explained that the bag had hardly been used, but my concerns remained unresolved.

What has disappointed me most is how the situation has been handled. After sharing my honest experience on Instagram, my comments were deleted and I was blocked from their account.

I completely understand that products can sometimes have issues, but I believe how a company handles complaints is just as important as the product itself. I would have appreciated a more satisfactory resolution and better customer care.

I’m sharing my experience so other customers, particularly mums considering purchasing a changing bag, can make an informed decision. I genuinely wish I had known this before spending £74.99.

Love everything about this brand. The quality of the items is beautiful and I think it’s a really good price point for what you get. The delivery speed was great and the clothes were packaged with care. So happy and even more so that the brand is owned by a mom themselves! You can tell she knows what moms look for/ want in products x

Disappointing Quality and Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a nappy changing bag for £100, expecting good quality, practicality and convenience. Unfortunately, the bag has been a complete disappointment and is definitely not worth the price.

The whole reason I purchased this particular bag was to make my life easier as a mum and to be able to organise and easily access my baby's essentials. However, the opening of the bag is so poorly designed that it doesn't even open wide enough for me to see what's inside, completely defeating the purpose of buying it.

What made the experience even worse was the response I received when I raised my concerns. Instead of offering a solution or addressing the quality issues, I was told that they were launching a new and improved collection and that I should purchase one of those instead!

Are you seriously expecting a customer who has already spent £100 on a poorly designed bag to spend even more money on another one? It's an absolute joke.

At this price point, I expected a much better product and customer service. If you're aware that your bags need improving, surely your existing customers deserve some consideration rather than being encouraged to spend more money.

Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this bag or the customer service I've received.

Sorey i didnt meet your 14 days period. I obviously will know how the bag is after using it and i didnt use it until after the baby arrived which was obviously over 14 days period and by law in the UK yoj should give customers atleast 30 days for return and exchange for online purchase.

I ordered some of their items online it was for preorder. The day came and they were delivered however I had something missing from my order. I reached out normally which was through their email explaining the situation and I haven’t heard anything back so I then filled out a form so they could contact me and yet I have not heard anything back and this was all 2 weeks ago. So their customer service really is not great because I just want the item that I paid for. However besides that, the other items that did arrive I’m very pleased with.

The customer service from Ocean & Cove was quick and friendly, most of all the brown changing bag is absolutely stunning😍 I am obsessed it’s even better looking in person. I also bought 2 more item - the pebbled clear pouches, they are so sturdy and high quality compared to flimsy ones from other places. And the pebbled changing mat, nice and thick however a bit small I do wish there was 2 sizes . My baby is 4 months and i cant see her whole head to toe fitting on there, and in public spaces i feel icky with her body touching the changing surfaces. Would love to see a head space flap that can fold out and a larger size so it can be used longer please ! 😇
