I ordered an SRS unit for my 2005 Honda…

I ordered an SRS unit for my 2005 Honda Element from oemusedautoparts1.com on April 3rd. The product listing clearly stated it fit 2003–2006 Honda Elements and mentioned no special options or side airbag requirements. I carefully reviewed the listing before purchasing.

The part arrived in good physical condition, but during installation I discovered the center electrical connector did not match my original unit and could not be installed. After checking production dates, my original unit was from February 2005, while the one they sent was from September 2006.

I contacted the company using the phone number on their site and packaging, but the number only plays an automated message telling you to email them, then hangs up. So much for phone support. After waiting days for email responses, they finally asked if my vehicle had side airbags. I replied yes, and then they informed me the unit they sent only fits models without side airbags. That important detail was never disclosed in the listing.

When I went back to review the product page, the listing had been removed entirely. They also admitted they did not have the correct part in stock. Despite this being their listing error, they required me to return the part at my own expense. I specifically requested a prepaid label and no restocking fee since I did nothing wrong. They ignored that request, so I had to pay $17 return shipping, and they still deducted a 15% restocking fee from my refund.

I have over 20 years of auto parts experience, including management at a national parts retailer, so I know how to verify fitment and order correctly. This was not customer error—it was inaccurate listing information and poor customer service.

Overall, this experience cost me money, wasted hours of labor and time, and involved slow, unhelpful support. I would not recommend this company.

Charged for their mistake

They sent me a part other than the part I ordered. It's because they misidentified the part but when I returned it they charged me a restocking fee for their mistake. To add insult to injury they also charged me a restocking fee on the warranty that I purchased! How do you restock a warranty!?! They don't respond to emails and they provide a phone number to contact them directly that tells you to contact them on their website. It was the website that said I needed to call the number! This company is a scam!!!

I ordered a starter on the 13th of feb . They created a label through USPS but never delivered the item to USPS I emailed the email they have on there site . They responded they shipped the item out Feb 16th . Now it's Feb 19th I call USPS they tell me they never received the item they just got a label which was printed on the 13th . Something just not right with this company

Stop! STOP STOP!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!This company is horrible. I ordered a car part on February 6th 2026. And on the 7th I asked them not to ship and return my money they said they had already shipped it and could not refund my money . Today is February 18th and still have not received the 70.00 part. We were advertised a Ford Transit radio and instead received an old Nissan radio. Despite multiple requests, the company has failed to send a return shipping label to correct their mistake. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I bought a radio cd oem unit

I bought a radio cd oem unit. The cd player would not work. I was careful how i opened the box so repackaged it and took it to the post office. There should have been a return charge but that was waved because it looked like it never was opened. It was obvious the unit was never checked out and they were letting me do it for them. After 17 communications and 2 separate refund installments I got all my money back. At first I was shorted $10.00 for a restocking fee. I explained that the unit was defective and not rejected and how do you restock something that is junk. They agreed. Some of the correspondence was them requesting unrelated information or there would be no refund. They do not pay return shipping.

Anyways, there is a email so i emailed them, then next day they responded that they double checked and that engine doesn't fit to my vehicle. I asked them to refund me asap and next day they already refunded me :) Its not as quick as immediately but still pretty fast and very very very helpful when i needed that help a lot! I was stuck at my work and i had to look out for my engine make sure that i will be back on track soon!

I ordered a dash cluster for a 2010 sport trac .$112.00 US and $65,00 duty . Plugged it in …my sport trac will not start with there unit . What not give a refund for a defective part. There problem . Would cost too much to return it…and they take 15 % also on return .. avoid this web Sight at all cost.

Do not buy from here

Ordered a 17 x 6.5 rim for a dodge journey. I was sent a 16 inch rim. I had to pay $32 to return the wrong rim and then they charged a 15% restocking fee.

Great customer service.

Great price for the quality, though the part is used,it looks almost new,the dealership wanted 1100 dollars for the side door mirror, i paid less than a quarter for it,I will definitely use them again, a piece of advice,check the details of the part you are ordering, that you will never receive the wrong order.

Listed Radio on their site for wrong model

Ordered a used radio for my daughter's 2012 sonata. What they listed as a 2012-2015 Sonata radio was actually for a 2016-2017 Sonata. I paid for $40 for the radio and was told I would have to pay shipping to send it back. With UPS shipping would be $36 and $26 with USPS. Many similar reviews I will never make another purchase with them

This company is a fraud, selling parts what they never have, waiting more than 7 days for a part, and never got. when I email then , they said that they dont know where is the part. shame on you Guys. I hope everyone reads yours reviews before place any order.

they send the wrong parts. Took over 2 week to get it . 100% their mistake
paid 59.00 for parts 29.00 shipping.
had to paid 22.00 to shipping back with tracking then only got 49.00 refund . i will never buy again from them and i do not recommend them.
