Only reason it’s 4 star is it’s advertised as 20” but turned out to be 19”

Refreshing customer service!
The website was easy to navigate, I ordered the items and they were dispatched and delivered swiftly and well packaged. The items themselves were of great quality and well made, unfortunately one of the pieces was damaged but the customer service was second to none and the new piece was with me within 48 hours, best service I have received for some time!

Excellent well made set
Amazingly quick - ordered one afternoon and my grandson's chess set was delivered the next afternoon free of charge. I am so pleased with the 10" magnetic set - it's beautifully made and there is perfect storage for all the pieces as the board folds. Can't wait to give this to my 7 year old grandson who is new to the game of chess.

Quality of every piece, board and box is amazing. Service was brilliant. Had a damage issue via courier but this was replaced promptly after a swift response by email.
