I would definitely recommend this company to any and everyone! I emailed them at night and got an immediate response. Which NEVER happens. I had needed a replacement part for a heat tape dispenser because the piece on mine had broke. Instead she sent me a whole new item which I wasn’t expecting and it came in just 2 days! Wow! I use this for work and I informed her of that and she made sure I had it right away. Thank you Jamie! You guys are awesome! I will definitely be purchasing more items from you guys!

Ordered the DTF Powder Curing Oven (A4/A3/A3+) on May 2, 2023. Their processing time states 2-3 days… Received email on May 10th that my order wouldn’t ship until May 25th!!! It has still not been shipped. Emailed customer support because they have no phone number, but zero response! Will be filing claim my credit card company for scam at 30 business days if this not resolved. How does a company not have a phone number? Ridiculous!

Biggest pice of crap you can buy don’t buy it customer service none software does not come with product and company hides no way to call or contact them and nobody responds to emails junk junk offnova junk very p…. off about this I was scammed

Excellent & prompt customer service & follow up, had a minor issue that customer service was able to advise on & help fix within 1 day.
Label printer machine itself is great, I print around 100 labels a month for my small business and it has made my life so much easier. No more buying expensive printer ink or cutting and taping labels I’ve printed on printer paper.

I was unable to find the Offnova time cards to go with the Offnova time clock we bought in May 2022. Not on Amazon or the Offnova website, so I sent an email to Customer Service and within a week I received my time card request. Jamie was the person who helped me and was very helpful!

Quick to respond. Honest about timelines. Great time clock that I don't have to worry about ink! :)

I had an issue with a package not arriving on time. I contacted customer service and received a response almost immediately even over the Christmas holidays. I will absolutely order from Offnova again.

offnova's customer service is great! Harper helped me figure out the right setting of my heat press machine which is a lot more cost effective than the name brand. And she also guided me to set right my cricut cutting machine for the offnova vinyl. The vinyl turns out great color and result. I will come back for their products again.

I have 2 printers from OffNova. Had an issue with one and Harper helped me out big time. These are great printers and an excellent value, especially for a small home business. You can’t go wrong with ON.

I had purchased the thermal printer and hooked it up to my Mac. At first it was having problems identifying what type of labels I was using. I wrote into Support and they told me how to synchronize and set it up properly. Only after two emails I was able to get everything working perfect.

Their Label printer is really nice, slick design and a great price! Customer servicegout back to me relatively fast but I figured out why the installer didn't work (just had to restart my laptop) before they got back to me lol.
