I love going to the Watergardens store…
I love going to the Watergardens store as the staff are very friendly and heipfull.
I am disappointed as a piecing I ordered online when I recieved it, it was bent so I cant use it.

Sent my dresses in for exchange over a month ago and still haven’t received them

Sent our package to the wrong address
Sent our package to the wrong address, asked me to personally go and knock on the door of where it was sent. I went there and they never received the package. I then emailed them and they said they were out of stock.

The reason why we asked if it were possible to check with your neighbour, is because we didn't have anymore in stock and didn't want you to miss out. I understand it's an uncomfortable ask and I'm sorry that we put you in that situation. But I hope you can understand why.

Delivery didn't take too long however…
Delivery didn't take too long however purchased a eye shadow and lash kit with some body jewellery. It arrived in thin plastic packaging NO BUBBLE WRAP OR PADDING so the mirror was broken and eyeshadow smashed! It was for a Christmas gift too. I rmailed the company and did NOT even get a reply! I was extremely disappointed. The website says you can't even swap in store. Won't purchase breakable items again.
