I can’t rate my product as I’m still waiting for its arrival. I made an order 16th September 2020 it’s now 26th September 2020 and it says on tracking info it’s still in NSW . I understand to wait a week for my stuff at the moment but not 2 weeks .

Stock levels aren't updated in real…
Stock levels aren't updated in real time. This meant I placed two orders, and each time I was told one of my items wasn't available. So I picked something else. Also not available, but listed as in stock. Then my refund wasn't actioned correctly. Also, I couldn't get a credit note to use in store, which would have made it so much easier.

Hi Laura,
Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback - As mentioned in our email correspondence, the stock issues came about due to closure of our stores in VIC - Due to the stage 4 restrictions, which made updating stock online incredibly difficult as we drop-ship from many of our stores across Australia (including Victoria).
As for the refund not being actioned correctly, that was also a system issue due to the credit note being used and once notified it was corrected immediately.
Once again, thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback and I apologise for the inconveniences that you experienced with us.

Did however have a card in the package saying I was getting a wristband and there was no wristband lol
It’s not an issue because I didn’t pay for one and it was meant to be complimentary but was kind of bummed

Its more covids fault as I would normally just go to the store and ask for the size. But yeah my piercings are way too small. I also didn't receive an item and you guys said it was not in stock. So you owe me for that and never emailed me back.

The dress is lovely but I was disappointed that the description made our like it had black lace around the bottom but it didn't.
Its clearly a petticoat but that's not how it read. A bit misleading.
