OH Parsons LLP Avis 

My whiplash injury claim was initiated November 2019 with OH Parsons, 5 different case workers later, extremely poor communication from 4 of them, complaint to Niamh a senior partner , which got the case moving, as part of their complaints process before going to the ombudsman, which eventually wasn’t needed, my case was finally settled and payout received in July 2022.

So hence the 2 star rating.

My last case worker I would like to rate 5*, Mr Mohammed Shabbir, Litigation Executive, Mohammed was always prompt in replying to my emails and keeping me informed regarding the progress of my case.

I had excellent service from start to finish with this company. Had regular phone calls to keep me up to date and always very friendly. The service I got was second to none and always very professional

Mohammed Shabir was amazing, I cannot fault him in any way. Although before he took over my case, about 50 people took on my case and left the company half way through without giving me any notice. I was constantly chasing and chasing and chasing OHP. Not good
