12 orders never arrived, I didn't catch it, I just thought, it has been a while and when I checked my account 12 orders have never arrived. That is over £200 they have stolen from me. I have messaged Oh Thrive on every available platform but no response. do not use Oh Thrive

Impossible to cancel the subscription
The gummies were really good and tasted great but it is near impossible to cancel the subscription, it took over 5 months with emails and no reply. In the end i just cancelled it through my bank.

A company to avoid buying from. Poor / non existent customer support
I placed an order (ORDER #15938) last Saturday (4th October) and despite not having received my order a week later my account was debited almost immediately. I contacted the customer service email several days ago simply to find out what is happening and they could not even bother to respond.
Now will have to raise a dispute with my bank for what appears to be a fraudulent transaction.
Not a company I would recommend or buy from again.

The ordering process on the website is easy to navigate and complete. As this being my first order with Thrive I didn’t realise it would take a week from order to receipt so I will need to take this into consideration and allow for this when I next place an order.
8 emails to customer service - zero response
Unfortunately there is ZERO customer service and NO WAY to manage your subscription. I signed up to a subscription and was happy with the product but moved house and wanted to update my address... there's no way to do this online. You try to get on to your online account but it's impossible. I've emailed their sales email (the only email that seemingly exists) about 6 times and haven't had a single reply. My subscription has kept being delivered to my old address and the only way I can stop it seems to be getting my bank to cancel the DD. Such a shame.

Awful company, don’t bother!! I signed up to the subscription and have been using it for a couple months but haven’t seen any improvement so decided to cancel. There’s no way to cancel, I’ve emailed 3 times and messaged on instagram but have got no reply, then they still took payment over a week later!
Unreliable and poor customer service
Have been ordering the creatine gummies however previous order was placed on a 2 day delivery 6 weeks later still not received, sent a number of emails to customer services to check what’s going on and had no replies or acknowledgment. Sadly will not be using again and the products were great but not reliable. Shop elsewhere.

I have used the gummies for a while and I like the product. However, when ordering to stock up my delivery got damaged in delivery beyond repair. I got an email from Evri to let me know. I have contacted the company via email many times now as well as messaging on Instagram and I have had no response to getting a replacement of the product or refund. Very very disappointing especially as I like the product. I will not be ordering again.

Don't subscribe. It's impossible to cancel it. They sent an email, but the product never arrived. I had a subscription for maybe 5 months. The product was delivered late every month, and the dispatch within the next day is absolute nonsense, a lie. Then you raise issues with your bank due to no product delivery, trying to cancel the subscription, sending multiple emails to them, and being told we sent you the product ( never arrived ) and still took your money. OhThrive, I suggest you learn how to do customer service or you will have no customers!
