i don't write many reviews - something has to be awful or amazing. gladly, this is one of the amazing ones. I took my VERY tattered, 25 year old Barbour jacket to Oily Jack - they did the most miraculous job of transforming it into an as new jacket in perfect condition. It has taken me a while to track down the individual damaged parts to see what they did to repair, and they use a variety of ingenious solutions. Wonderful that a business like this still exists in this world of disposables. Thank you.

They needed to check the correct waxing for the jacket so phoned to make sure. They didn't just go ahead they were very thorough. Very friendly. Coat arrived as looks as good as new. Really please with the quality and the service. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent service the jacket looks brand new I wish that I had found oily jacket sooner a few years back I tried to re wax my jacket my self and ruined it and cost me 3 hundred pounds for the jacket that has just been re waxed and cleaned for a lot less happy days

Ash is a true wizard! He did an incredible job with my Barbour, and I couldn’t be more pleased. There is a wait, but that’s completely understandable for the level of custom work he does. Quality takes time, and the results are worth it! I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Firstly... very easy process from ordering online to pick up at the door. Took a couple of weeks but they do say online 10-15 days so all good. Jacket was a 12yr old Belstaff Brooklands motorcycle jacket. Dirty, mouldy and very musty smelling, with some staining around cuffs. What came back looked like a new jacket! Well exceeded my expectations. Lining clean. No smells. Beautifully re-waxed. Very pleased. Highly recommend and will be using them again for sure.

I tried reaching out via Insta and as that didn't work out via email. At the beginning they were super helpful, but then ignored my second and third email. It's unfortunate because I think their offering for wax jacket repair is great, but I am looking for another provider now.
