then he gathered their other auto drivers. At final destination He asked me to give extra money.

It's funny that, on April 03 2026 at morning 4:27 am I was with my 2 kids and wife at ISBT Kashmere gate.. I tried to book ola cab and cab driver confirm the ride. After 5 minutes driver calling me to other side of the ride. I told him I have luggage and small kids. We can not cross the road other side. But driver didn't listen me .he stands there. After 5 minutes wait I cancelled the ride and booked another ride. I surprised that ola charge me 60 rs. For the same. Today 23 apr again I have booked the ola cab . After confirming from driver ok I was waiting the cab after 8 minutes he cancelled the ride and ola was auto updating the ride again. But waiting Another 10 minutes no cab confirm. I want to know that if ola cancel any ride after confirming, so they have to pay to the passanger.
Then I have switched to Rapido booked the cab. Thanks to rapido.
Worst experience OLA Cabs Chennai
Worst experience with OLA Cabs in Chennai. On 20 April, I was pressured to pay extra money during a rental trip despite already agreeing to and paying 200 above the listed fare, and the cab itself was stinking, poorly maintained and unpleasant.
On 22 April, a driver named Seker/Sekar became aggressive when I politely asked about a route change. He used vulgar, abusive language, deliberately stopped the vehicle far from my destination, and behaved in a manner that made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I did not understand most of what he said as it was in low-class Tamil slang but it was a scary experience.
Worst, both drivers openly claimed that complaints to Ola would not result in any action. I found this true after I called Ola to complain about both these incidents.
I have deleted my Ola account and uninstalled the app.

I am writing this to express my deep dissatisfaction with the declining quality of Ola services in Nagpur. My recent experiences have been consistently poor due to the highly unprofessional conduct of the drivers.
There are two major issues that seem to be a norm here:
1. Payment Dictation: Before the trip even commences, drivers insist on personal mobile transfers rather than accepting the official app payment methods, which violates the platform's policy.
2. Extortionate Demands: Upon reaching the destination, drivers frequently demand extra charges over and above the fixed fare shown on the app.
The lack of basic hospitality and the constant haggling for extra money make the commute incredibly stressful. It is disappointing to see such a lack of regulation and professionalism. I hope the management takes strict corrective action against these practices to ensure passenger safety and service integrity.

Despite this, I was charged a cancellation fee. I do not understand why I should be penalized when the driver refused to provide the service.
This is unfair and unacceptable. I request a full refund of the cancellation charges and strict action against such drivers to prevent this from happening again.

Yesterday we have booked sedan type cab for around 5 peoples ,in that four female person and one male person, we don't know that it can be allowed for only four members,driver said it was only four members,so give 100rps extra or cancel the trip ,even tough we are inside the cab , he spoked very rudely with bad words and he cancel the trip , we are very unstatisfied with ola ,action need to be taken against the driver

Although the total bill amount was ₹395, the driver demanded an additional ₹50. When I gave him ₹30, he started shouting and used vulgar language. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
