I have booked a cab on 11th February 2026 from my location to office location with driver name srinivas,.The cab driver came and after starting the ride, he demanded extra money and scared me otherwise dropped down from the car.I have just done the surgery and told him please drive but he misbehaved and dropped me somewhere and also collected money.
Post that I raised issue with ola team and they did not help me and closed my ticket. Shame on you guys.

I booked an Ola Prime Plus cab (White Swift Dzire) driven by Ranjeet. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience.
The driver started arguing during the ride and behaved rudely. He dropped us before reaching the destination and still demanded full payment without completing the trip. This is completely unacceptable.
Throughout the journey, he kept the window open and did not turn on the AC properly. My father, who is an asthma patient, was traveling with me, but the driver showed no concern for his health condition.
His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and irresponsible. Such drivers damage the trust of passengers in Ola’s service.
I request Ola to take strict action and ensure better service in the future.

I booked an Ola auto ride in Pune and it was showing ₹198. When the driver arrived, he first asked for the OTP. After I submitted the OTP, he then said that I would have to pay an extra ₹50. Once the OTP is entered, payment has to be made and the ride cannot be cancelled. If he wanted to go by the meter, then why did he confirm the ride in the first place? He is a very dishonest person. Because of such people, Pune city’s name gets spoiled. These people are only out to loot others. This was a very worst experience with an auto rider.

I am writing to formally complain about a very disturbing experience I had with an Ola auto ride on 25 January 2026, from Hindustan College to Nanganallur (CRN: 10394519949).
Due to heavy rain, I booked the auto at 6:09 PM expecting a safe journey home. However, the driver drove very rashly, which made me feel extremely unsafe throughout the ride.
After dropping me at my home location, the driver demanded extra cash, even though I clearly told him I would pay only the amount shown in the app. He used the rain situation as leverage to ask for more money. When I refused, he spoke harshly and made offensive remarks about my religion and caste, which was deeply hurtful and unacceptable.
I am a college student, and this incident has left me shaken. Women—especially students and working women—depend on services like Ola to travel safely. Instead, I faced unsafe driving, harassment, and discrimination.

I like to share my Ola Cab booking experience. One of our neighbours requested me to book a cab for Chennai Airport. I booked the car, and they travelled in it. After reaching the airport, my neighbour called Thanx and me to thank us for the help. They also mentioned tipping the taxi driver. The total charge was Rs. 175, and they gave a tip of Rs. 25/-. Later, I received an email from Ola stating that they had deducted the money from my Ola Postpaid account. Then I realised that, when I booked the cab without my knowledge, Ola had set the payment mode to Ola Postpaid and mentioned that I needed to pay Rs. 175/- for the same. I tried sending an email to support and using all the options in the Ola app to raise a request and speak with customer care, but all my efforts have been in vain. I have no way to reach the driver, since the call is coming directly from Ola. They have now sent a reminder stating that I need to clear the dues; otherwise, they will impose a penalty of Rs. 75 for the amount I didn't pay.
I request everyone not to use Ola, as they are indirectly stealing money from customers, and to be careful when booking an Ola Cab, particularly regarding the payment mode. Without our concurrence, by default, when we book the Cab, the payment mode is considered as Ola Post Paid. I request that everyone change it to cash if they opt for cash before booking.

Worst and fraud Cab company. You may get a rideand could be cost competive. But you will never be able to post complaint to Ola Cabs as they neither provide customer care phone number nor any email ID too. Their Suppor email is a mere bullshit.It never attains to customer complaint.
Newlver ever opt for Ola Postpaid. Their drivers will force u pay them and in your Ola Postpaid account it will show amount due and until u clear it Ola systems do not allow to use postpaid or cancel it.My case is pending for more than 25 days from 18th Dec 2025.Also there was a fraudulent attempt in the name of Ola to grab Rs. 20000 from me which I crushed due to my own alertness

Had a bad experience riding with Ola. While booking the ride, it showed me the price of ₹1089 but while ending the ride the driver was claiming for ₹1413. This is totally non-acceptable and seems like cheating. And even the driver raised his hand saying he doesn't have any idea about it. This is definitely non-ethical. Ola company should stop cheating their customers.

The issue has been ongoing for more than six months. I have tried multiple ways to contact Ola, but there has been no resolution from their side.
I strongly advise people not to use Ola. Instead, please use public transportation. Never use Ola, otherwise you may get trapped, and your CIBIL score could be affected.
Therefore, I urge everyone to boycott using Ola.
