Wrong cancellation fee

I booked a mini. He took very look time to move from his place. When I text him as how long would it take, he responded with demand of very high extra amt. Now I have been charged Rs.50 cancellation amt. Now I am finding it very difficult to convey the message to support as ther is no option to clearly explain the story. Just want say good bye to Ola and stick to other service providers.

No Support from OLA Team on issues or concerns

If you book the OLA cab the charges showing is different from what drivers are asking now a days after meter system in discussions . If you are in hurry you won't have option and opt for it . If you raise concerns with ola team they won't listen and tell you are paying you sort out then who is instructing ola drivers to do this act . Also several other issue on driver with different vehicle coming now a days

Asking extra pay
I was travelling with baby I previously mentioned the cab driver ( mani - TN47AR7133) about my pick up location and drop location he asked for xtra pay I accepted but after he comes to my location he refuses to drop me to the location after a lot discussion and fight he accepted to drop to the location
Very bad service and using mobile phones while driving
Please take some actions for his behaviour

Ola has became user unfriendly

Ola has became user unfriendly. Driver can do whatever they want there is no way left to complain about them on its application. If you click on problem it won't show solution I will just give you advice and say that thankyou for your feedback. Worst experience

When I booked a Prime SUV the fare was less compared to other options… hence I booked the cab… at my destination the fare rised by 300 rupees… very disappointing.. when I asked the Driver he said " mujhe to pehle se hi jyada paisa Bata raha tha to Maine accept kiya ride "

I had a very bad experience to buying ola s1 x within 2 months lots of fault about the vehicle not properly charged and visit to ola service center the guys are very lethargic and not responding the call please don't mistaken me don't buy this vehicle 🙏

Extremely Unsafe Ola Ride – No Action Taken by Support

I booked an Ola cab for my aged parents, and the experience was shocking and completely unacceptable. The cab had a broken window, glass pieces inside, and was in a very messy condition. Midway through the journey, traffic police stopped the driver because he did not have a driving licence or proper documents.

Even after this, the driver forced my parents to pay the full fare (₹711) and asked them to book another cab on their own. Being elderly and not familiar with mobile phones, my parents were extremely stressed and struggled to reach the station on time.

What’s worse is that Ola support refused to take any action and denied a refund, even after such a serious safety issue.

This is unacceptable. Ola must take responsibility for passenger safety, especially for senior citizens. Extremely disappointed.

I had a very bad experience with ola. I was charged twice on my upi. I have been following up for refund since July and it is still not being refunded till Nov. ispend more monies to follow up on it. They never respond to your email. They never prioritize your refund. Biggest scamsters in cab industry . Never take a ola ride

how the drivers are cheating

Ola is not taking care about how the drivers are charging and behaving
After completion of the ride one driver has shown previous ride details by that we have to pay him extra amount than our ride amount This happened multiple times they are showing high amount details In hurry or sometimes old people or elders will take the ride who doesn’t know about ride details They will get effected

Worst experience of booking a cab from Ola

Yesterday car review

I was just discharged from hospital. Needed to avoid dust and pollution. We boarded an ola cab, worst experience ever!
The car was not maintained well and was in very poor condition, it was very dusty and unhygienic. Windows were open and lot of mosquitos inside the car.
AC was off when we boarded the car. We had to literally tell him to on the Ac. Fan was fixed facing the driver in the middle of the car. How will the passenger receive the cooling? Also one bottle was blocking the cooling flow towards backside.

Ola Electric has very poor support

Ola Electric has very poor support, have been paying advance for 3 months, neither does anyone update, nor are they returning the money. It is a fraud company. I am very upset about ola electric. Last aug 15 date I booked an ola electric scooter using the ola app. And paid 64k plus booking fee on 15 aug. Ola app showing 19 aug delivery date. But till now no one has replied to our query. I called customer care many times, by mail and message. But no reply from the side. Please check our case

Ola company has very bad management in Mumbai, the driver will first ask where you want to go and then will say that if there is cash payment then I will go, what is all this. Please whatever Ola management is there, I request them to take action against such drivers, I booked 3 cabs and cancelled all of them, the service is absolutely bad, I don't know what else to write, I don't know whom to talk to without abusing them. Please educate the drivers a little, make them follow some rules, impose charges for cancelling the booking,
