I purchased the Gen1 Ola S1 pro. Its been 2 months my scooter is lying in a non drivable condition. No support from service center. Parts are not even available outside that I can get it fixed through a local mechanic. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

I had booked an Ola Cab from Vile Parle West, Mumbai to Matunga West Mumbai under CRN10028929209 The fare displayed was Rs.305/- at the time of booking, however at the time of payment became Rs.521/-.
Even today if I try to book an OLA Cab for same route the fare will be approximately the same.
Ola Cabs are fleecing the customers. When I raised a complaint the reply received from them was as follows:-
" Any extra cash payment made to a driver is outside the scope of Ola payment system. Hence, we will not be able to process a refund. However, we will take it up with the driver partner and process a refund if you have electronically transferred the amount (G-pay, Phonepe, Paytm etc). Please share the screen shot of the payment along with bank statement from the transaction date to till date by replying to this email"
The above reply is in no way relevant to the grievance raised by me.
My grievance is they show one amount at the time of booking which jumps to an exorbitant amount when you take the ride and go for payment. This is atrocious.
OLA is not at all customer friendly
I booked an outstation ola cab from lonavala to Mumbai for a lady relative of mine & fare shown was 2255/-
On completion of trip driver insisted on fare of 2550/- which since lady passenger argued the reason given by driver was for toll charges.when I checked invice it was showing 2065/-difference being toll charges
When I wanted to lodge complaint the Ola is responding in case extra money paid to driver Ola is not responsible for it
All are cautioned for such attitude avoid using Ola as in case of any such problem Ola will not entertain you
OLA SERVICES ARE HORRIBLE - SUCH DRIVERS SHOULD BE BEHIND THE BARS
i had a booked a trip for my kids from ONE LOCATION to ANOTHER (IN MUMBAI) and fare showed INR 413. Upon completion of trip the fare on the screen showed INR 413 which i had agreed to pay. Later Stupid driver demanded toll charges and i argued with him that your screen shows total fare INR 413 so why should we pay INR 530. Since my kids were small he started threatening them saying ill drag you to police station if you dont pay me INR 530 and did not allow them to get off the car. Since older was 17 and younger one 14 with no one else i was forced to pay and we paid in cash as he demanded cash forcefully. This is a real threat, i am really shocked that OLA chose to let go such act, this is nothing but crime.

Worst experience with Ola! Booked 3–4 cabs from Yeshwanthpur Railway Station to Bangalore Airport on 26-10-2025 (7:39–8:25 AM). All drivers demanded ₹200–₹300 extra beyond fare even after I agreed to pay ₹60 tip. Had to cancel all and hire local taxi. Don’t trust Ola for airport rides—you may miss your flight!

From my personal opinion I would suggest not to buy ola because once you buy the product there is no proper service that is been offered,I have been informed that the main motor of the vechile has been destroyed so I have been waiting since two months to get that replaced ,but still waiting without any proper communication,my personal opinion that the reliability of the bike is not more that 10 months so if you want to put money in the pin than you can.

Had worst experience with the cab no MH03CH3105 which i booked from mulund to kurla. The condition of cab was horrible cockroaches were roaming. Ac was not working i felt suffocated through out the journey. Seat cover and car roof cover was torn. When i tried to check for customer help got just a sorry message from the support team and nothing else. The company should have frequent check on the drivers and their car’s condition.
The driver insists on taking shortcut
The auto driver wanted to take a shortcut and refused to go in the main road when i was alone in the auto. Total amount was 188 but he wanted me to pay 240 if he took the route i was telling. He left me starnded in a road and left after taking Rs 36 from me. And ola doesnt hv a proper platform to raise a complaint. Just one word review. No customer care number. So irritating. Such drivers should be blacklisted
