ola money postpaid fault

me and my dad both are using ola cabs for many times , but then suddenly technical glicth and our ola postpaid is run automatically and then we both are casually book our cabs from the app . that okay but then story change after a 2 months we get a mail from ola cabs that , we got penalty for not paying postpaid money that we don't know that its automatic runs in background . so the problem is way pay our payment in cash and oniline ( i have screenshots of payment that i made ) and also count in ola postpaid . and now they fine us around 1700 rupees for postpaid ola money system . we mail to ola suporrt likely 50+ mails but there is a no support from there side .

i want solution regarding my prblem , not just mine . there is also others who pay fine without there fault .

Charging higher amount than what is shown while booking ride..This is not the first time I faced this issue.The worst thing is there is no customer support option which is encouraging the drivers to rob customers and also encouraging drivers to behave rudely with customer

OLA SCAm

OLA : Biggest Scam!!! No option to change destination (26 kms). Trip was charged fully 281/- when I had taken the ride for a shorter distance (10 kms).

Ola drivers always end up in charging…

Ola drivers always end up in charging more what was actually shown on the app.
They fool passengers by adding a fake amount.
I booked an ola cab. The fare decided was at 400.
I got off the ride midway to my final destination(Almost 20 minutes distance is yet to be covered)
Still he charged 400 and when I denied to pay the full amount, he started arguing.
Please uninstall ola app and never use their services

I have took ola auto (auto CRN 9452520162) from air port Chennai to my designation, the fare shown is RS 306.
While dropping auto driver threatened me to pay Rs 400, I asked the justification he is lying that he is messaged me about the amount.
I didn't received such message from
him. I try to complaint to ola, the ola link saying that you report to nearest police station.
My question is what about responsibility of ola on customer safety

The worst kind of experience #ola horrible. No customer support horrible driver Govind Kumar Car num 4114 he was a gunda he hit my 84 year old father ran of with my one bag just because we asked him to put the AC on. Terrible experience n no response from the support team

Unprofessional, rude drivers, charging extremely high unnecessarily.

Ola is charging customers like anything, taking triple times charges during the day time, taking money unnecessary just for a 5 min distance to go to next layout they ask charges close to Rs.100 upon this they want us to donate Rs.1extra, on top of these they block drivers from accepting rides and ask us to choose the extra tips to get the fastest ride like Rs.10,20,30,40,50. So where is this ola going and for what purpose they are taking soo much of money for the ride when the metre itself will not cross even the minimum charge of Rs.30? Who gave them the rights to charge soo much, Upon all these unprofessional, rude, using abusive language drivers. Ola is ignoring all the customers reviews but some day all these reviews will be counted and hope they will give atleast a basic services to the customers. It's high time for ola team to look into all these issues and sort it out.

Last time I booked a ola 11th May 3:40 am dur to some ola driver bank issues I paid him 3 time payment after receiving the amount ola driver did not return my money

"Absolutely appalling experience with Ola driver Murali Mohan S. His behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. He used abusive language and even resorted to rude gestures. The lack of respect and courtesy was staggering. I'd give him zero stars if possible, but unfortunately, the option isn't available. Even one star feels like too much for the kind of service I received. Avoid this driver at all costs. He also asked for extra money .Ola, take note! This driver is a liability to your brand and reflects poorly on your service. He should be removed from your fleet immediately to ensure passengers' safety and dignity. Unacceptable behavior like this has no place in any reputable transportation service."

The driver was excessively…

The driver was excessively unprofessional and rude. He tried taking a different route inspite of the police warning him not to and fought with me when I protested and requested that he takes the map route. He crashed into a car from the right side in his frenzy of going fast. He showed me a false image of trip fare showing 304 when clearly my ride was 234 rupees. When I challenged, the same he started arguing in my workplace. This is highly unsafe and irresponsible as OLA has no safety features. I hope OLA either acknowledges their mistakes and brings reforms or it SHUTS DOWN FOR GOOD before killing it's passengers and saving their drivers

ओला ला आज संध्याकाळी हिंजेवाडी पासून पिरंगुट कॅब बुक केली ओला वर 325 रुपये दाखविले,
पण ड्राइवर महादेव कोडलिंगे ने उतरल्यावर 325 रुपये घेण्यास नकार दिला आणि सांगितले मिटर नुसार 450 रुपये झाले, तर त्यांना मी सांगितले भाऊ ओला वर 325 रुपये दाखवत आहे, तर त्यांनी सांगितले हिंजेवाडी मध्ये स्वराज पेट्रोलपम्प पासून पुढे एक्सट्रा ऊ टर्न मारावा लागतो आणि ट्रॅफिक मुळे आमचा टाइम जातो त्यामुळे आम्हांला परवडत नाही, तर त्याने त्याच्या पर्सनल गुगल पे नंबर वर पेमेंट करावायस भाग पाडले.....

Ola is so messed up!!!! I had scheduled a ride today, and the driver didn’t show up. And it took off the details from the Your Rides section so there is no where i can even go complain now.

Had a ride from Rajajinagar Blore to airport..OLA shows amount including taxes and tolls...but after reaching destination driver demaded Toll amount additionally...Tried to convince him but he denied and insist me to pay the toll charge as well

Ola app is in a class by itself…

Ola app is in a class by itself regarding how opaque it is. Totally evasive and dodgy. Furthermore no phone numbers. No email id to raise complaints. Perhaps they're aware how shoddy their app is,how economical it is, with details. It's surviving only because it's an oligopoly.
The union consumer affairs minister is quite right when he terms ‘advance tipping’, introduced by ride hailing apps such as Uber, Ola and Rapido, an unfair trade practice.

In a post on X last week Pralhad Joshi wrote, “Forcing or nudging users to pay a tip in advance for faster service is unethical and exploitative," adding, “Tip is given as a token of appreciation, not as a matter of right, after the service."
Ola was mailed this just now and their response is
This e-mail is not monitored..or.. the implications being we may choose to ignore whatever you are writing about.
Pathetic beyond words.
