This is a fraud. They show different rate while booking the ride and while paying it is always increased. It has happened many times with me and my husband.

Shambolic Service Provider


Please be informed that on 6th July I used your services and I had a bad experience, I book a ride after providing the otp I asked driver to switch on the ac and to my surprise I was told ac is not working since last three days. It's such a shameful thing that brand like OLA charging handsome amount of fare comparatively with uber and rapido are providing such poor service. However, as a customer we expect quality. OLA failed to provide that top notch service. The driver was aware of it but didn't bothered to inform once after talking to him thrice

Pichle 3 manjhe service ke chhaker.. kaat Rahi hu... Or fir bana nii rhe hai... Ye ola owner jail bhijwa dena chaahiye.. *Mr. Bhavish* *Aggarwal* your ola scooter band is so pathetic.. or your service centre executives or not trained how to talk with customers.😡😡😡

I travelled with ola car.I paid charges of trip.Driver called and said he didn't receive money.so I again make payment.He taken payment twice.and now he is not receiving phone because he has fear to return extra money.ola app is not working for this issue.i am very disappointed.

You are a burden to our country. 7 mins when I booked and 25 mins after I waited for long.. your customer service cares none, making a client wait such long. No courtesy, you will soon be vanished out of our country. You don't belong to us anymore. Get back where you started and collapse there. No one cares here.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever! They ate up my money for a food order and they have not refunded that amount! The restaurant has no track of even receiving an order from ola. Don't trust this app. Such a scam!

Driver paid extra cash

I have paid to 710 + 65 = 775

Why drivers should take extra money. I can’t pay the money then driver comes to the hospital inside. It’s ridiculous driver and its waste my time 15 minutes to the petrol pump.

It’s already mentioned in the bill of toll tax why should pay extra cash.

OLA pathetic drivers cancel the rides

If OLA doesn’t know how to handle drivers and better stop your services and close it or block your services on the locations where your drivers do’t want give service. This morning almost booked 3-4 times and all got cancelled by driver.
Pathetic services. If this continues, no one relay on your drivers.

Useless app based cab and auto service…

Useless app based cab and auto service where the customer doesn't get any support from the customer care perspective.They don't have any bull shit pathetic policy to control the drivers in demanding extra cash and being rude.For this kind of pathetic service why do we want to pay the commission for you people
Public shouldn't use ola app.Better go for some other app based services like Rapido,Red taxi etc.Not even eligible for single star itself.

Major vehicle issues & met with an accident

The vehicle had mechanical issues, we had requested plenty of time that we are facing problems in our ride tried to contact ola support but it was of no use and finally we met with an accident.
The major thing is the vehicle was not having valid insurance , mechanically vehicle was not fit to travel and the most important is Ola is allowing such unsafe vehicle to get rides ? Ola is not responsible for this ?
Luckily bike hit the (Ola)vehicle in which we were travelling, we were travelling from major highway in Mumbai where trucks and trailers are in good speed , what if we had a major incident with us ? Still company like Ola would take it so casually?
After connecting to emergency service we were told that other vehicle is arranged for us to reach our destination but unfortunately waiting for half an hour or more the vehicle didn’t came and sadly we had to go on our own when it was raining heavily.
The worst and very dangerous experience from Ola , I never again travel through Ola .

Yesterday night 13/06/2025 12:15am booked 2 time cab but they're not come to pick up driver said he's on other location not bothering to ask any one to come to right place I am stand with my family in rain really pathetic and it not first time lots of time happen driver cancelled the booking after few minutes

Bike taxi must be banned

Bike taxi must be banned. I used it because they were cheaper but the experience was also cheap. I've used them continuously for 4 months switching between uber, rapido & ola. I noticed that the drivers are very unprofessional. I met only 6 drivers who were responsible to drive safely without any fuss in these 4 months. I used it every morning-evening,Mon - Saturday. They treat you like employee rather than a customer and they behave like a boss rather than like a driver. Multiple times there were rash driving, even after requesting to drive slow, they argue when i as a girl told them to take a safer route which was my usual way but they argued that it was long. Here my safety matters and not the length of the road. Many times they tried to ask my mother tongue, my native city and personal questions. Twice I ignored them n asked why are u asking such questions to this they felt an ego hurt and started driving extremely rashly , they disturbed the whole traffic by their stupid driving. They bring bikes without number plate! Which is illegal. They come without a helmet, I used to carry my own helmet but they never wore their own helmet. They are not trained. once a guy dropped me in the middle of the trip because he didn't want to go to that area but I had to pay the full price. These bike taxis must be banned, college kids also come to pick me who drive rashly. Their bikes are not matching the details, they bring another vehicle. Their seats are so highly and narrow and uncomfortable for a girl with no rod behind to hold on to. They must have yellow number plate and get trained first to be a bike taxi. I have stopped it due to high risk. Once I shouted on the driver because he was driving in the wrong way and people were scolding him, he was about to scratch a car and put my leg also at risk. People scolded him but he didn't take any responsibility. Auto drivers atleast are professional and they don't argue much. They listen to you and they treat you like a customer. I'm not going to use bike taxi until they get a yellow number plate and get registration as a professional bike taxi legally. Company is not monitoring them. Once a Swiggy guy came to pick with his parcel bag. It was so awkward to spit with him. Swiggy people also work in between their shift to pick you up and they drive rashly because they have to join back work also. All this is not correct way to operate any taxi service.

Horrible experience

Hi booked a ride for 3k ( rounding off for easy understanding) from Mumbai to pune for 3 young girls. The cab met with an accident early start of the journey. A truck hit the cab from behind nobody injured but one girl hit her head with no visible injuries however she complained her head was hit. She called me as I had booked the cab for them. I then escalated the matter on app as vehicle broke down. An agent got in touch and asked for details then said we can't take the same cab we have to leave the cab and we won't be charged for the accident cab ride and we need to book another. I told the agent to pls book another cab as I don't know where the girls are located it's middle of some highway nothing in sight they are stranded pls help he said he can't help. ( help yourself). I started to locate them via Google asked them to walk a distance where I found one McDonald a I booked another cab cancelling the previous accident cab. To my shock iam charged for the 1st cab 3k ( the full ride charge even though the journey had just started and the cab met with accident) and 2 second cab charge 2500. I got agitated and tried calling ola which by the way is absolutely difficult to find a live person. When matter got escalated and someone did call he says after telling him the story ' iam sorry the girls faced such experience. I said why didn't your adviser help us with booking another cab the answer was iam sorry he didn't help you should have used the sos button then we would have book another cab. I asked why didn't tht agent advise me of the sos button well iam sorry the agent was not trained. I said now why have I been billed 3k for an accident scenario he said we can waive part but u have to pay 1k as u used it for some part of the journey I say but your agent assured I wouldn't be charged for the accident cab to book another he said sorry the agent didn't know ( means we cant honour anything our agent says we know of the accident and trouble caused but pls pay we don't want any loss) I tell the agent but now i have to pay more then the amt i booked the cab for approx 300 more he says yes its because u booked another cab again so there will be a difference of fare I said but it's not my fault even ola should take some responsibility and at least have some shame and charge me what I originally booked for he said sorry we cant do anything sorry for your experience but please pay up ( ola does not want to help in case of accident when sos is not pressed ola won't honour agent word who said nothing will be charged ola won't even be fair and match the original amt charged ola just want all tht is due even at the cost of unfairness an immense inconvenience to the customers is just bothered about getting its miles driven back. ) so I lost fed up agitated annoyed frustrated i told him tht I think ola is going through a loss and has become so poor who wants all money with 0 accountability and liability but the agent unfazed said i had to pay. So I asked how do I get the difference amt refunded he said he will send me mail asking for account details for refund. But he didn't send me i guess ola has decided they want to fraud me with making me pay 3k for a journey I didn't complete so totally I have to pay 5500 because ola is in desperate need of money.

The most pathetic experience

The most pathetic experience. I booked ola rental for 8 hrs and in such a hot 45degree temperature the AC was not working at all. The payment should be taken for non-AC instead of AC cab.
While booking the amount was 1984 and while drop it took me 2200 . Whereas 8 hrs were not completed even . The driver was also super rude. In 5hrs we were back to the destination from where we started.

Extremely disappointed at the…

Extremely disappointed at the behaviours of Ola drivers in Allahabad I booked twice for hourly service and both the time the drivers declined after letting me wait for more than 15 mns cumulatively I lost one hour
