I had a terrible incident today with Ola; I put my destination as my building, but the driver refused to drop me off at my desired location and instead dropped me off at the visitor gate. When I refused to pay the full amount because I was not dropped off at my desired location, he began abusing me, warning me, and even threatened to hit me, but the watchman intervened, and I was unable to file a complaint anywhere on their app despite searching everywhere.

I visited the Alo store in the Seaport to purchase a zip-up hoodie. The first salesperson who greeted me was very friendly. When I couldn't find the hoodie on the floor, she asked a colleague, who brought out the hoodie to me. At this point, I said I would go to a dressing room. However, I was directed to a mirror rather than a dressing room, so I put my handbag on the floor and tried it on there.
Although the hoodie was expensive $138, I decided to buy it. I was then very disappointed in the checkout experience. The salesperson who had directed me to the mirror rang up the sale, but then rolled the hoodie into a ball and asked if I wanted a bag. I said yes, and was upset by how carelessly she handled the item.
The register wasn't working so we had to move to another one. She seemed to notice I was unhappy and zipped up the hoodie before still rolling it into a ball and placing it in the bag. The entire experience felt impersonal and dismissive. I didn't feel like my business was valued, and as a result, I'll be returning the hoodie.

मे मेरा और मेरे बेटे का एक्सीडेंट हो गया था क्लैम भी कर दिया लेकिन कोई एक्शन नहीं हो रहा है शोरूम मे जाओ वो बोलते है अभी टाइम नहीं है पहले case पेंडिंग है जब आप स्कूटी बेच रहे हो तो सर्विस भी तो दो बिलकुल बकवास सर्विस है सभी भाई बहनो से कहना चाहत हु ola ना ले बड़ी कंपनी जैसे tvs, bajaj, hero, honda जैसी कंपनी का ले ola केवल नाम है बाकी 0 जब कोई 1लाख से उप्पर लेगा और ये प्रॉब्लम आये तो 30000,50000 वाली सही है review मे 1 star देना जरुरी है वरना 00 है

Not this time. You don't deserve this one star also I had to give to give my reviews.
From the moment I started using ola.
Total useless.
I think you should close your windows. So that atleast traffic reduces.
There is no ride available any where any time.
Big fraud you are.
And by the this experience is not a day. It's every single day.

I am writing this email with deep disappointment regarding the lack of options to voice customer concerns directly. It is frustrating that Ola only allows written complaints, with no way to speak to a representative for urgent matters.

Recently, I booked a cab through the Ola app in Pune. The driver refused to come to my pickup location and instead asked me to walk nearly 1 km to where he was waiting. Despite this inconvenience, I still walked to the cab. Upon reaching, the driver demanded double the fare. When I refused to pay the extra amount, he canceled the ride himself and, to my shock, a cancellation charge was still applied to my account. When I questioned him about this, he began misbehaving.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience and expect a prompt resolution, including a refund of the cancellation charges and appropriate action against the driver.

Also I got a ticket id from ola support which was(ticket ID: 12343422)

But no resolution given

Dont buy ola scooter.

Worst scooter in the world me purchase ola s1air last April and running only 5000 km tyre blast and no any claim from ola and now running only 9500 km. Hub motor burn out I took my scooter to the Ola service center, and they said the part wasn’t available and would arrive in a week. But it’s been 15 days now and nothing has happened. In fact, they even removed some parts from my scooter. And the way the service center people talk, it’s as if they think they’re the Prime Minister or something.

और जो ये सब देखने के बाद भी खरीद रह है वो चुटिया है 🙏

Not ready to hear the customer complaints. Y they have a app and y ola came into service platform. If the company not ready to serve the people don't select the service sector.
Ola is cheating customer money. Why it's having a grievance support nothing is happening there, no replies for all the grievance complaint. How you are running a business like this. Shame

No safety in ola during ride… took a auto driver was not following the map and driving in dark lonely broken path when object he stop the auto ride midway at night on higway where no other ride found for 1/2 hour when complaint to ola safety corner they replied they did not offer additional help for ola auto software plateform plz call police…

Ola rentals.. a terrible experience

I had booked one to pick my son from dps east bangalore and drop him to nexus mall koramangala. He had an exam to take till 1 30.. that's why I booked the cab for 1 45 pm so that it's convenient for cab driver too.
He arrived before time, called my son twice or so.. my son couldn't answer as he was in exam. Once he came out of the centre, he called back but the call was going to ola not to driver..
Without waiting any further, driver cancelled the ride.. my son was dot on given time at the gate.
He spent an hour in that area trying to find any other vehicle who could atleast drop him to main road... at times there weren't any signal.. it's a village area. In order to avoid any inconvenience, I had booked the service you offer.The details of the cab driver are as follows

Poor After sale service

Guys don't buy this vehicle. Its such a bad one i ever buy. Poor quality battery ia using for this. And also poor service back end team. No response and resolution for a complaint. Takes 2,3 month for a complaint

The fare is increased by the the end of the trip most of the time and upon asking about the sudden price change, the drivers become rude and ask to deal with it and contact with support. As this is none of their concern. I was threatened by one of the OLA drivers for refusing to accept the fare hike.
Support team just uses template messages and only looks at closing the email thread. All they have to say every time is "we know this is bad, this will not happen again, please
"understand" this time and forget your money". The fact that the same complaints are repeating and still they have the nerve to say this will not happen again is amazing.
They want customer to lose the money, time, and instead of the support team actually understanding the issue, they expect the customer to "understand" their incompetency.
We avail your services and give you business because we appreciate your service. In return, your driver partners give us hostile treatment, hurl insults and threaten us.
It has come to a point where I have to think twice before booking a cab from OLA and if I did, I have to pray for my safety and hope that the driver is not going to be a bad person.
If it is going to be this way, then I will stop using the service hence forward because the company is too big shot to care about the service. If money is your only focus then please earn it the right way. Don't make a hole in customer's pocket and take theirs.

Ola's service has been extremely disappointing. I have explained the situation multiple times, but it seems you are either unwilling or unable to understand. There is no proper customer support contact number available, and the overall service experience has been completely unacceptable.

I have already uninstalled the Ola app and will not be using your services again.
