Olanka Travels Avis

Travelling with Olanka Travels to Sri Lanka was a great experience. Since the day one I started planning, Rangika from Olanka Travels was so helpful and she did a very good job giving us a wonderful memories in Sri Lanka. She was always very quick in responding for all my questions. The driver was so good taking us to all the places we wanted to visit safely. Great job Erangka. Sri Lanka is full of beautiful places and great food to taste. Choosing Olanka Travel is the best choice. Thank you so much Rangika for an unforgettable experience.

I was in Sri Lanka for 18 days together with three other people and I had constant and precise assistance from Janul. A very patient and helpful travel agent who followed the preparation of our holiday step by step. Once we arrived, Tiron Silva guided us. A very kind man, an excellent driver, an exceptional guide who always satisfied our every wish with a smile. He is also a tour guide so he guided us directly in many places. A reliable person who followed us everywhere, taking care of us and not just guiding us. Beautiful experience both for the place (rare Sri Lankan pearl) and for the hotels chosen and for Tiron's work. Thank you. If you can, ask to have him as your guide.

We come from Italy, contacting Olanka Travel by Internet. Since the beginning we have been guided and informed precisely and promptly by Janul on all the tour aspects and details . Once in Sri Lanka we have been welcomed and accompanied by Tiron Silva and his car with care, precision, culture and friendship all over the trip. Thank you again for an unforgettable trip.

My trip was very well organized by ms.mery from olanka travels. Staycation she chose was extraordinary. We are so happy and enjoyed a lot with whole trip. Food, she was taking much care about my daughter's diet. Thanks a lot.

Shakuni was excellent at replying to queries very quickly. I kept forgetting that SL and Spain are five hours apart!
She is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Very good with the clients too!

I came to know about Olanka travels through internet. I had reached out to them for our recent trip to Srilanka. Rangika has been my customer relationship partner and was very understanding and helpful. She understood my requirements and suggested best package for the trip. She also ensured to give us the best driver for the entire duration. Our chauffeur was Janith for the trip and he was very knowledgeable about places, polite and friendly. They both became a friend of us by end of the trip. Excellent service by Rangika and Janith. Highly recommend Olanka travels for trustworthy tour. Thanks for making our journey memorable and smooth.

Olanka travel agency is a trustworthy and reputable company I have ever come across. The staff Shanika brilliantly tailored my 6 days short adventure in Sri Lanka from Negombo to Kandy and finally to Nuwara Eliya in a perfect timing with knowledgeable tour guide. Nevertheless, I had some reservations of their promises early but later realised that all are fulfilled in a cleverly crafted itinerary plan perfect to suit my tour experience needed to understand their culture and traditions. Being a first trip with more I covered in effective 5 days of stay, that certainly will set me more days to cover the other parts of Sri Lanka through Olanka travels in future. Nevertheless, I am a very apprehensive and critical person, but their untiring and meticulous effort in crafting itinerary left me speechless. Anyone plan to travel to Sri Lanka can contact Olanka and look for the pleasant and dedicated staff Shanika. Leave the plans to the expert and they will craft the best for you.

Ishak from Singapore.

Olanka put together a tailored 14 day tour for us providing a great driver/guide and booking the hotels, all done by email & WhatsApp from the UK.
Best holiday we have since our honeymoon 20 years ago.

They randomly add extra 'fees' when you go to check out with them, update policies on the fly, and if there are issues with the tour they straight up lie about what is happening. Avoid them.

You can trust them what they say they deliver. Thanks team Olanka Travels. Cab was quite comfortable. Thanks to Thanuja lakshitha (Cab guy) who shows us around and help us to understand local language also.

Olanka travels were amazing! They helped us plan our trip to Sri Lanka from A to Z. They customized the itinerary based on our preference, and provided us with a car and driver (Tarangue) for the whole trip. The driver was very helpful and smiley all through the trip!

I recently planned my first Dubai trip with Olanka Travels, and I can't express enough gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Mr. Janul Peiris. From the initial planning stages to the actual tour, Mr. Peiris offered unparalleled support and consultation, ensuring every detail of our trip was meticulously arranged.

During the tour itself, Mr. Peiris consistently checked in to ensure we were having a great time, exemplifying a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Choosing Olanka Travels proved to be a fantastic decision, and I'm delighted with the seamless experience they provided.

I wholeheartedly recommend Olanka Travels to others and eagerly look forward to joining them again for our next adventure, with a special shoutout to Mr. Janul Peiris for his exceptional service. Thank you, Olanka Travels and Janul, for making our Dubai trip truly memorable.

Very good support from Dino for building the tour assistance well as assistance before departure.
Fully met our expectations.
I recommand Olanka and Dino

After more than 3 months seeking a refund I was told it won't happen in spite of the stated refund policy. Obviously this is a shoddy organisation with equally shoddy business practices. Would suggest any future customer look to an alternative company that upholds their claims. Try Wendy Wu Tours for an honest, reasonably priced and inclusive experience

Ishani Wijesinghe from Olanka travels arranged our trip to the Maldives and God it was an amazing lifetime experience..we will never forget this trip..Ishani went above and beyond to nail every single detail, highly recommend working with her on your trips! Thank you Ishani for your dedication, it was a mind-blowing trip!
