Excellent customer service this morning with Shah. Gorgeous coffee and pastries to start the day. Will be back.

Today visited Windsor branch and boy oh boy the place was so dirty looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. And the visit to bath room was an experiance had me gagging it was so dirty and it was not new dirt had not had a good cleaning for weeks.

I will not be visiting again as over priced for such a filthy cafe.

Terrible. The removed the glass counter that was hygienic and was a barrier to stop people spitting on the food while they order. Then they rearranged the toasties so now the pork is rubbing against the tuna. No care for the Jewish community what so ever. Shameful. Ever heard of cross contamination?? It just shows their lack of care.

Ontop of that, they removed all the plugs from the store. So cheap. For a company that chargers a lot of money for dessert, to pull that moves just shows you lack of class! You either serve cheap food and pull those kinds of moves or you charger high prices and provide those services that come with that price. You can't have it both ways. Charge high prices but act cheap!

Loved the customer service by Shah at Wigmore Street. We had a smoked salmon roll, which was delicious!

I went into the Ole & Steen Northcote Road and was served by a lady called Dani. Amazing customer service!

I have always thought the staff at my SW11 branch to be lovely (bar a few exceptions) … but it had one great perk … was it the overprice beverages, cakes and sandwiches? Obviously not … (I mean the mark-up is INSANE) .. but I paid the £10 PLUS because I could sit for an hour, plug in and do some work … as I watched the endless flow of folk in and out … but obviously their profit margins were not high enough because when I went in last week I was told by the lovely barista that the sockets (EVERY SINGLE ONE) had been covered for health and safety reasons. Hogwash! Greed is the reason. On any day during the week and Saturday/ Sunday the place is heaving – the footfall is hefty; but no. Sadly, what was once a place to take my lunchtime break and to catch up has now gone … no more £££ coming from me as often as before … for shame!

Below inadequate. Ordered cinnamon social (whole) from Canary Wharf twice. Cakes delivered were out of date, hard to bite and chew, rotten taste. It seems that Ole and Steen are being funny and giving out old products for deliveries, because no one will come face to face to complain and ask for replacement. Ordered cake for Valentine’s Day for my family - husband and child. We were all disappointed. Yesterday I ordered as a surprise gift for my friend- to cheer her up on her birthday. Poor girl, received cake, all excited and happy. She tried to eat it on her birthday evening together with guests- no one could eat. They had to put it in microwave to soften it to be able to eat. This is embarrassment for me and for my friend . And I ordered it notifying it is a GIFT to someone. Could it not be considered by staff members in Canary Wharf? Unbelievable . I strongly advise not to order. This was my last order.

Overpriced coffee, average quality like Pret but smaller and double the price. When they started in London it was good but nowadays down to poor

What Better Start to a Busy Day is Needed .

I'd just like to say whenever I go into the Windsor the staff are always friendly. I'm very chatty and they always hold a conversation with me and we have a bit of banter. It makes my coffee experience so much better. I love good customer service. Thank you. Today it was Ali, towards the end of the day, but still cheery and helpful!

Great customer service, great coffee, chai latte and cake range. Especially the Vanilla Bun. Totally will come here again.

I have frequented the Guildford branch ever since it opened, and I have to say that all the staff are great....
Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
Mind you I am easy to serve - always have the same thing...
Tuna/cheese melt, Peppermint tea and Custard Danish.
Miki and Haja are always up for a chat, whilst they are serving me. 'Great management, seems like a happy ship'

Being a die-hard Ole and Steen enthusiast, nothing quite compares to the original Victoria branch. The bread and social slice there are my ultimate indulgence, so much so that I willingly trek from Cheam just to get my fix. But today, I want to shine a light on something equally special: the incredible staff.

During my recent visit, Shane went above and beyond to make my day. Despite the weariness of a long shift, his warmth and care shone through, turning a simple transaction into a heartfelt exchange. It's rare to encounter such genuine kindness, especially in the hustle and bustle of city life.

Shane's exceptional service not only made my evening but left a lasting impression. To him and the entire team at Ole and Steen Victoria, I extend my sincerest thanks. Your dedication to both quality treats and genuine hospitality is what keeps me coming back time and time again.
