Absolute scam. I shouldve read reviews before ordering.

With a name like Olyndra London, I was a bit comfortable, then they claim 3 to 5 days UK delivery, so I got lulled into believing its UK based.

Started placing an order, thats when there were red flag. Extra for all sorts of delivery add ons. Since I needed to get the shoes quick, I paid for : Delivery Protection, Priority Delivery AND Priority Processing..
£2.99 each.

Then the BS began, we are processing your order. Every item is carefully QCd before dispatch blah blah blah.

I emailed straight away telling them with all the bolt ons ive paid for, if they cant deliver before 31st, cancel the order, and refund.

No response, and today, 30th, I got a notification. Item has been dispatched.

Its coming fron China, is nothing but an AliExpress front, and therefore I'm sure the shoes will be absolute garbage.

Update: Response to vendor reply.

Received this in email from Olyndra:

"Please note that Delivery Protection, Priority Delivery, and Priority Processing do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. As the order has already been processed, we’re unable to cancel or refund it at this stage."

They sat on my email asking them to cancel if they cant deliver by Friday, and pretty much as soon as the status changes to dispatched, i get an email saying order is now processed, and therefore cant be changed.

So, all these addons for Priority Processing, Priority Delivery, Delivery Protection are just lofty words. Irrespective of specific date or not,.it is near enough impossible for this to be received in the UK in the 3 to 5 days they claim on their website.

I will raise a dispute and chargeback with my CC provider.

Scam company. Extremely poor quality clothing, items shipped not as described and bear no relation to photos. When I tried to return goods, was told I had to ship them to China for return within 14 days. Please do not purchase from this company, don't be fooled by their great pictures.

Absolutely appalling, wish we had read the reviews before ordering. Dress ordered for my wife way to big, contacted them three times to arrange a return and totally ignored. Have now instructed my card company to reclaim payment. My recommendation DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

FURTHER to your reply I suspect from other reviews that this is just 'wallpaper' and you still do nothing, you can simply prove me wrong by replying to our email of 8/07/2026 which gave you all the information. In the meantime our bank is looking into the matter and hopefully will take action!!

What a terrible company stay well away from this company as customer service is terrible and nothing is achevied or rectified !!
Btw The reply from Olyndra below is pointless has I’ve done this with little response so nothing gets sorted or resolved !!

Don't deserve one star. Item forever in the post. Poor communication. Asked for refund. So far nothing. Will go to my credit card and see if they will refund.

My experience of Olyndra London was a terrible mistake in ordering a linen supposedly ZARA shirt. This was sent in the wrong size, shoddy material, different volour green and was put in thecrag bag. Don't waste your money on this scam.

Still waiting for my goods . It has been 12 days now. Emails not answered. Should Facebook ensure advertisers are legit? No fool like an old fool. £50 out of pocket Be aware people.

Another China SCAM NO NO Don't trust their delivery promise! charge extra!! Obviously coming from China despite the sly name!! now been told 28th July - 6 august was promised inside 5 days ordered on the 22nd priority delivery HA HA.

I ordered three shirts from Olyndra (Order 89535) and paid extra for expedited delivery. Unfortunately, the order did not arrive within the promised timescale, so the first disappointment was paying for a service that wasn’t delivered.

Given the low price, I wasn’t expecting premium quality, but I did expect the items to match their descriptions and be consistently sized.

Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

All three shirts were labelled 2XL, yet one was far too large, one was so small it fitted like a second skin, and only one was the size I would reasonably expect.

The biggest disappointment was the “Alexander Signature Denim Shirt”. It is simply not a denim shirt and bears little resemblance to the product advertised. The material and workmanship are poor, and it certainly isn’t what I believed I was purchasing.

To Olyndra’s credit, they did initially respond to my complaint and asked me to provide photographs of all three shirts together, along with close-ups of the labels and the alleged denim shirt. I supplied everything they requested. Ironically, there were no sewn-in fabric labels to photograph, only a simple card stating “Olyndra 2XL”.

Since sending the requested information, I have heard nothing further despite following up.

I’m prepared to accept the burgundy shirt because it fits reasonably well and, given the price, I’ll keep it. However, the other two items are not as described, the sizing is wildly inconsistent, and paying extra for faster delivery made the overall experience even more disappointing.

I’m happy to update this review if Olyndra responds and resolves the matter, but at the time of writing I’m still waiting.

The reason I’ve resorted to posting on Trustpilot is precisely because your customer service team has stopped responding to me.

I have already contacted customer support, provided all the additional photographs and information that were requested, and then sent a follow-up email when I received no response. Despite this, I am still waiting for a resolution.

I’m more than happy to deal with this directly through customer services, but that requires them to actually respond. Once this matter is resolved satisfactorily, I’ll be equally happy to update my Trustpilot review to reflect that.

Their name is very misleading. This is a China based company. If you are not happy with any Olyndra London items, for a full refund you will be given no other choice but to post them recorded delivery to China at your expense!!! There is no one to talk to and any email you send takes days to be answered. Appalling customer service as there is none!!!

Shoes were too small. Contacted them same day, took a week to reply, I replies, took another week to reply, so on and so on. Now I'm not eligible for full refund apparently, 75% store credit only. I asked for the store credit, took another week to reply, offering me credit again, still haven't receive details on how to use store credit. Avoid like the plague!

I ordered a woman's puffa coat in Burgundy, the description said Burgundy but the photo in the ad showed Pink, so I took it as I would receive a Burgundy coloured coat, but when it eventually arrived it was Pink. The coat looks like it was a branded item but the brand label appears to have been cut off. Also, it took 10 days to arrive despite the ad saying around 5 business days. I certainly won't be ordering anything else from Olyndra London. Another thing, the delivery said it would arrive by Yodel, but I couldn't track it, when I eventually got tracking it turned out to be delivered by Evri and came from China. The coat itself seems alright, but I've not worn it out yet, time will tell!

Shoes arrived this afternoon, in a bag note box. Typical China cheap outlets it took almost 15 days to arrive. Company does not answer emails. It doesn’t want to read it’s a joke even the other Chinese company beginning with T delivers quicker and has better updates as to where the shipment is. When you are purchasing the shoes you’re supposed to have an option for express delivery. I didn’t take it but I was charged for it all the same. I’ve complained and they have ignored nowhere in the for the shoes suggested that they were coming from China and yes, at the price I should know better either way don’t don’t trust this company. I won’t be buying again from them. It’s very disappointment people beware.

Avoid like the plague, goods arrive with no returns labels. You have to email them as to how you return good, but they take a minimum of 5 days to respond. Returns are at your cost so although they claim to be in London I don’t think so. Returns can end up costing more to be sent than the goods cost.

Would give zero if possible. the item seemed stuck at couriers and never delivered or refunded. Had a string of emails with someone called ClaireM - Store Manager. Quite polite but they finally stopped as they couldn't deliver and no product was ever received or refund given. Thank Goodness - it wasn't a lot of money. I had never had that experience before.
I wish I had looked at Money Expert page beforehand.

The shorts were not any thing like advertised wrong material it was a cheap horrible material nothing like it looked I expected a cotton material not the horrible nylon material sent will not be ordering from them again
