Don’t trust the marketing for the stainless steel tumblers! Was promised them as a free gift and then I got stemless wine glasses like they do in every single other box… When I called they said they were short on supply that’s why I didn’t get any the next day I get an email still offering them as a free gift! What a slap in the face and terrible marketing

We apologize for the miscommunication - the 'last chance' reminder email sent out yesterday should not have included the stainless steel tumblers, as we are indeed out of stock. Thank you for bringing this to our attention - we have given a $30 refund for the inconvenience as discussed when you called us, which you should see within 3-5 business days. We're sorry again for the confusion!

I received an email saying my order is…
I received an email saying my order is arriving tomorrow. I did not place an order. Never received an email about an upcoming order. Apparently a case of wine is coming. No information on what is coming or what it costs. I am not part of your wine club. This is unacceptable.
