Omaha Steaks Wine Avis 

Well I was quite disappointed by the late arrival of my order. I ordered it and was to receive it in time for my anniversary only it's delivery date was off. As well I wasted my sunny Saturday morning waiting for delivery and in Michigan we have very few sunny winter days. When we did receive our wine one of the bottles was broken due to poor shipping packaging and since discovered 2 additional cracked bottles one of which when I pulled it up from the case the bottom fell off making a big mess of the kitchen. Thankfully not on the living room area rug so that's 3 bottles of the case in the refuse.

This is the 1st time I purchased additional wines instead of waiting for my next order from the wine club that I belong to with Omaha Wines. The wines they were offering @ the sale price was TOO GOOD to pass up! I received 15 top notch bottles of reds including 5 different varieties, 3 of each kind @$11.99 per bottle! Awesome sale & definitely worth it! I enjoyed every different variety that was sent to me! Belonging to the wine club , I unfortunately get a few bottles that aren't to my liking, but this mix of reds were the best yet!!! I'd be very happy to get these varieties in the cases I receive. Although, I do recognize some that I have received in the past, that's why I purchased these. Examples are: The Waxed Bat, El Bombero, Fortissimo and The Black Stump to name a few, (I should've written down the others names) they were ALL to my taste & liking!! 👍

I have been in wine clubs in the past and have gotten some really bad bottles of wine and was very disappointed.
You guys, however, don’t disappoint. Good wine and great prices.

The only reason I didn’t give you a five star is because of delivery. I ordered 2 cases of wine(one red, one white), at the same time and the estimated delivery date was the same day. But I only received the red on that day and now they have to come back again to deliver the white. Just doesn’t seem cost effective to you to have to pay 2 separate deliveries to the same address.
I’m thinking it is because of the weight for one delivery and that’s why they are separated, but I just wanted you to know.

Call and asked for SB and ended up with pino grigio

The lady representative that called me about the wine lied to me. I think she just wanted her sale. It’s unfortunate that she had to lie to me. I specifically said I did not want my wine delivery until after Saturday, Dec. 28 or Sunday, Dec. 29 because I was out of state for Christmas week. She assured me that my package will arrive after these dates. I asked her multiple times and made sure she understood this and she was certain that I would receive my wine shipment after I was back from my trip. I asked for a later shipping date because someone had to sign for the wine and I wasn’t going to be home. When I got home, there were 3 shipment notices on my front door from FedEx. I had to rearrange having FedEx to hold my package for me. It was such an inconvenience for me as it was hard for me to reach a FedEx Rep over the phone when I called so many times at the local FedEx store by my home. I called FedEx so many times and I kept receiving their recording. I was finally able to pick up the wine yesterday, Dec. 31. FedEx Reps cannot carry the wine into my car for me either and the box is heavy. Again such an inconvenience!
I DO NOT want to purchase wine from Omaha Steaks again and I would NEVER recommend you guys to anybody either from the bad service!! I don’t appreciate being LIED to either!

The wines arrived exactly when I was told.With our cold snowy weather I loved I didn't need to go out of the house to get wine. The variety of the wines are great too. Can't wait to try them all. Thank you!

The wine selection looks excellent. For some reason the shipment was he held up in Augusta , GA (20 miles away) for 4 days before it was delivered by FedEx. We're going to try our first wine selection tomorrow.

Arrived on time. Love the mixes of different wines. Fun to open.

I contacted them on the 10th when I saw the voucher I used wasnt honored. I got nothing but BS from customer service. They had time to correct it but did nothing. I told them to cancle the order several times, they did not. Finally on the 19th they said they could not cancle because it had already shipped. You had from the 10th to fix or cancle but did nothing.

I recieved the wine and have opened 2 bottles they are both not to my liking. Fixing to request a refund for my money

1st purchase from OSW. Was very pleased with all the choices of 12 total. Even the wife who normally drinks very little wine also enjoyed the taste.
Will continue with future choices

Wrong number of bottles and no bonus bottles or glasses.
