Omaha Steaks Wine Avis 

Fed ex came two times. Was friendly and wine in good conditiom.

Received a case of half size bottles. Didn't know they even made them. Never again

Went to the website for Omaha Steaks wine after receiving a wine discount offer when we received a steak package gift. The offer we received was substituted by a different offer but it sounded good so I ordered the 12 bottles of mixed Italian wine. Somehow the order was doubled and I paid for 24 bottles. I received all of the wine ordered by I’m not sure why I had a duplicate order when I only wanted the 12 bottles

The wine was an expected bonus!

Your website, especially my account is very difficult to get into. It will not accept my password most of the time.

I have been a long time more than satisfied customer of the Omaha steak company. I joined the Omaha steak wine company on an offer of $99 for a case of wine and free shipping for a year on all orders with a subscription case coming every 12 weeks for $199.99. The first case arrived in nine weeks and they charged me $20 for shipping and the company gave me absolutely no advance notice like they say on the offer. The offer said you will receive an email 10 days in advance notifying you of your selection if you choose to keep or delay or cancel this order. It showed up at my doorstep unannounced. I sent it back. It took six weeks to get credit after they charged my credit card upon a long dispute. Then they canceled my free shipping after that it went downhill from there. No comment on the wine at this time

The wine was ok for the price but there wasn’t a good variety,to many bottles of the same wine.I thought that I would get a bigger variety.

I received a phone call to see if I was ready for more and she very patiently went over the available offers and wine itself. They came very promptly.

My daughter received her birthday present in plenty of time. Thank you, Catherine Crutchfield.

I don't have a copy of the form that I filled out for reference, but the info was wrong. The wine was supposed to be shipped to Bret Lytle in Las Vegas, not to me in Creston, IA. Well, it got shipped to me. I called customer service to correct the shipping info, but could hardly understand him. Disgusted, I told him to cancel the order, but it came anyway. I am not amused!

Good wines, quick service

The wine is a good value and quality is definitely there. The only issue is that the mystery box was just a repeat of 4 wines from intro case. Disappointed as I was hoping to try some new varieties.

I bought the 3 extra wines and they Don't cost what you say and I can not find anywhere were they are rated at 95.

A sip of good wine makes a big difference, thankyou for a great company, and enjoy table wine in the future.

Came fast, too fast. Was told the order would arrive on Tuesday and need a signature. It was deposited on our porch on Sunday (before Tuesday & no signature) in a box with "OMAHA STEAKS WINE" all over it. This was supposed to be a surprise for my wife's birthday, and I was prepared to receive this on Tuesday, but instead, my wife found it on the porch and obviously knew what was inside.
