Do not buy anything from the site. I thought I was supporting a single mom living in Toronto who had a store that she was closing. It isn't. Its a company in China and none of the items I received were like the ones on the website. Sweaters with no labels showing what its made of, unfinished button holes, not knitted, some kind of synthetic material. Jewelry was supposed to "luxury" "hand made" it was all dollar store jewllery. Contacted their customer service and after many emails back and forth, was provided with a random address in China they want me to mail everything back to. If it doesn't get there, they wont give me my money back and there is no way to track the package. Brutal...

Ordered two sweaters and it is completely a scam. The clothing is nothing like advertised, the material is terrible and looks cheap. It’s garbage clearly made in China. I reported it as a scam and ended up cancelling my credit card. Do NOT order from this site.

Who are these people that are writing 4 and 5 star reviews??? I don’t think this store actually exists. Saw the same ring on multiple sites and the picture is deceiving. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Best to trust a brick and mortar place of business. I did receive a refund of $7…still not worth dealing with this! Really poor quality.

The picture provided was total false advertising compared to what actually arrived. It looked like a beautiful ring but was actually a manufactured stamped replica. Never buy from this company and you gave to pay to ship it back for your full refund or they'll offer you a 10% off your purchase... On an item you don't want anyway because the quality is so poor.

They are trying to increase their reviews, absolutely garbage company do not be fooled!!!! Bought items from them and they arrived smelling like chemicals, the pieces are made as if it was sewn by a child. It's literally laughable how cheap the clothing are. They would not give me a refund! And to send it back to them it would cost 150 cad$!!!!

I have purchased 3 pieces of jewelry , and want to return 2 of them for a refund . My package arrived without an invoice and no return information, i.e. address to return , prices of each item etc.
I have written 2 emails and replied to original message/text received after I purchased the items for refund info….still NO COMMUNICATION !!
What a SCAM……..

This company is a scam. Quality is very poor. Please do not purchase from them!
The sweaters are super thin, and the buttons are the cheapest looking buttons.

I ordered ONE item & received confirmation email. Minutes later I received another email stating I had two of the same item on order AND THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD.

Despite multiple emails back & forth thy basically told me they don’t offer cancellation or refunds but I could swap an item. FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT ORDER.

The item is very different than the photo & clearly not high quality. Argh.

Julliane Twa yes all the 5 stars if you look have been asked to make the review and they all say the same thing that the shipping was fast and the sweater soft. For sure it's a robot! They for sure are getting their friends who don't speak English or rebots.It's impossible they get a good review their items are absolutely garbage its laughable. Even if you look on their Facebook the profiles that like their page are all foreign. They need to be stopped and pay for what they are doing. they are scammers I'm glad people are seeing through this evil company. They are taking advantage of Canadians and they refuse to return my money fully and only offered me 60% refund for clothing that is more garbage than rags. Now there are YouTube videos being posted about this company so I'm so glad the word is getting out. I will not stop reporting them until they are shut down.

SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - Pure junk coming from China. Plus if you want to return the junk, you have to pay which is more expensive than the item is worth. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS.

They advertise as being a Toronto based company, but they ship poor quality jewels, barely looking like what is advertise on the web site. Moreover, I just came across another store with the very same story (single mother who decides to close her store): Luna Toronto

This company is e biggest scam ever. They claim to be a Canadian company that is closing to spend more time with her young son. In fact, they are a disgusting Chinese operation that ships from Mississauga but if you you want to return something, they make you ship it to China so the shipping is more than what your order is worth. Also, I tried to cancel within hours of ordering and they refused. They claimed orders could mot be cancelled. Their jewelry is dollar store junk and their customer service are useless, arrogant, scripted idiots whom you can communicate with only through email.Avoid ordering from here at all costs. USELESS SCAMMERS!

Please do not order from this website - see my previous review. I received my order and the bags are cheap plastic leather with a bad smell. The bags don’t remotely resemble the picture. I have asked for a refund but I was told that I have to pay shipping back to China. The cost would be over $150!
Obviously not a Canadian company! These people are despicable and we should do all we can so they do not victimize more Canadians. I flagged the 5 star reviews for Trustpilot to investigate as these seem suspicious given the number of 1 star reviews. I suggest everybody do the same so we can put a stop to these scammers!

SCAM the pictures/images on their website do not represent the items that I have received. The items are poor low grade quality. The Instagram and Facebook ads are fake at best and showcase beautiful high quality cashmere fabric cardigans. This is NOT the case!!! Very dishonest company??? I never received a reply to my emails. They target Canadians and their website and pictures may be AI generated as the actual brick and mortar store never existed in Canada. Please do not fall for this SCAM. There is such a thing as Karma.

Omg!! I fell for a SCAM from China!!The quality of the clothing is so bad!! Worst than SHEIN!! I paid $152 for two cardigans thinking it’s good quality! Or at least wearable, it’s not! I emailed for a return… but now reading all the messages, shipping it back to China will cost a few hundreds?!?

An absolute SCAM. These five star reviews are definitely fake. The cheapest, crappiest fabric from China. Smells like chemicals. Absolutely horrible, unwearable garbage. AVOID THIS SCAM. Seriously.

My card was charged by accident and I informed them within 5 minutes. They refused to honour the text on their website and then changed the refund policy that same day. Luckily I have screenshots.

I am very sad to have been completely conned by these AWFUL DESPICABLE people. I really hope their awful practice comes back to ruin them. What terrible people.

I recently purchased a sweater from Omelia & Oliver, and I'm beyond impressed! The material is so soft, and it fits perfectly. Shipping was quick and I could tell they care about their customers. I've had a few experiences with online stores, but Omelia & Oliver has truly stood out. I'll be recommending them to all my friends!
