They quality is extremely poor and does not match the description of the items. My order will go to Good Will because the return is to China at my expense. BEWARE!

I don’t want to even give them 1 Star, total scam, claiming sweater was cashmere, and was absolutely not. It took 6 emails to get a return address IN CHINA.and I still can’t return because $232.00
This is Total BS that as Canadians we already have limited places to shop and now….scammers have nothing better to do!!! What a shame……

I bought and I am extremely disappointed. This is store is not from Canada and the bag is not made from Leather, how you guys sell online. It is synthetic bag.
You make people buy by emotion, because they saying on the website it's a single mother store etc.
It's pure lies and dishonesty.
The clothes are not made with good quality. You guys put the price with discount, saying that the store is closing, cost CAD $69, but it is clear that the clothes look like to cost CAD$10.
The deception you are making with people will come back to bite you.

Scam! The sweater I ordered never showed up. I’ve made several inquires and finally they said they would look into it. Still no response. I’ve asked for a refund. We will see if I get it.

Don’t make the mistake of ordering anything from this company it’s a scam. The one sweater arrived in a child’s size the quality is dollar store. These were not cheap at all. The buttons are different as well the other sweater is not usable. It’s not at all what was shown on the website. They won’t refund my money. They won’t respond to my messages. Avoid at all cost. It said it was a Toronto company but after ordering realized it’s from Asia. Returns also go to Asia. And there is no Toronto storefront as advertised.

The support from the company is as much of a joke as that fake response. I’ve emailed their support email several times and keep getting a bounce back because the email address does not exist. As I said before, I can’t believe I fell for this crap. STAY AWAY from this company.

Fraud
Fraud! I ordered some jewellery after hearing through social media that this family owned Canadian business is closing. I wanted to support them so I grabbed a few items. When I saw another page that had the same model, I panicked. I requested a refund immediately. I demanded not to ship the product. I tried to track the purchase and the order number isn't recognized on the website.

My wife ordered two bags which is suppose to be a support for a small canadian business. When the bags arrived, it is very poor quality. The material is synthetic leather that smells really bad, the stitches are very poor. A grocery bag is even better in terms of health safety and durability. Dont fall to this scam
