The information was explained in a very simple and clear way, which made it easy to understand and remember. The course was engaging, informative, and very well delivered. A first aid course should not be listening to a presentation all the time - it should be as much practical as we are able to fit in. Repetition, repetition, repetition to perfect the skills.
