Great first aid course with Omni Training Group. The trainers were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful, making everything easy to understand. I learnt a lot and would highly recommend them.

A presentation and a few stand-alone practicals are not, in our opinion, sufficient to test your skills in a controlled-stressful situation.

The most up to date knowledge and no question unanswered!
All staff always finish this training confident in first aid but they dont find the actual course a chore because it is made interesting!

What can we say...the team are humbled by your review!
As soon as the new protocols were mentioned by our Awarding Body we set plans in motion to update our presentations, ensure all the instructors were up-to-date with the new techniques through our own CPD Training, and we purchased new equipment such as the new nasal anaphylaxis spray which is coming in soon.
Any company not teaching new Resuscitation protocols needs a discussion between client and provider.
We could see the expressions on everyone's faces as their confidence grew and they were achieving all the assessment standards - First Aid training does not have to be (and should not be) complicated. Glad we also made it interesting through humour, practicals and discussion.
