Very Very pleasant working with OMRG to purchase my new car. Very helpful throughout the entire process from the start to completion, often going above and beyond to ensure all my needs and requirements were met. Will certainly recommend and work with in the future.

Quick turnaround. I enquired about a new car at the end of March and completed the exchange by the end of April. Simka was very informative and made the process simple and easy to follow.

However, after the agreement was signed and the vehicle exchanged, I was later asked to pay an additional £800 in cash due to a mileage discrepancy. This was not discussed or agreed at the point of sale, and the vehicle appraisal was only completed after the contract had been finalised.

While I appreciate the service provided, this aspect of the process raised concerns and could be improved with greater transparency upfront.

The first time I spoke to OMRG we had a good natter & it didn’t feel like a sales call it just felt like a no pressure chat. I was very keen on the car anyway - but told me all I needed to know to verify my gut feeling that this car was “the one”! He was really understanding & helpful (even with info regarding how much my old car should be valued at via insurance), sent over videos of the vehicle upon request and was honest about any minor details.

After a couple of days I knew I had to buy this Audi Q2 from OMRG, and it was swiftly delivered before I went on my holiday. The delivery driver was also a lovely guy!

Even though OMRG are at the other end of the country to me, I would buy from them again as the service and communication was 10/10.
