Once express is the worst company I…

Once express is the worst company I have ever experienced. They had possession of my luggage for several days and I received no communication at all about the situation. They claimed to call me to deliver it. Both times I answered the phone and was promptly hung up on. I was without my bags for 8 days after my flight from Paris to Rome. If you can avoid using this company please do.

Dear KLM/ONC Customer Service,

I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the baggage handling service associated with your company. The experience has been extremely unpleasant, and I feel compelled to share my concerns more directly.

To begin with, the handling of our bags by your partnered service provider has been nothing short of a nightmare. Our bags were picked up on December 29th, and there has been no resolution since. The lack of communication and the difficulty in reaching them have been incredibly disheartening, rendering the entire process seemingly futile.

It is baffling that KLM continues to collaborate with such an unreliable and unprofessional service provider. The inconvenience and distress caused by their mishandling of our bags are unacceptable. It appears as though your company is complicit in this, knowing how poorly they perform, yet continuing to subject your customers to such an ordeal.

I urge you to reconsider your partnership with this baggage handling company and take immediate action to resolve the ongoing issue with our bags. It is imperative that you prioritize your customers' satisfaction and ensure that future travelers do not endure the same experience.

Valigia non consegnata il 22/12 sera

Valigia non consegnata il 22/12 sera, affidata a onc express il 23, con la promessa che sará consegnata al piu presto. Ovviamente il 28 dicembre ancora nessuna notizia della valigia, che é in mano a loro, che non rispondono né a mail né s telefono (oltretutto senza un tracking number, né un telefono 24h, non risponde mai nessuno). Veramente servizio vergognoso. Dovesse succedermi ancora, la valigia la vado a riprendere io in aeroporto.

Non posso mettere -10 stelle ma lo farei.
Imbarazzanti, incompetenti, fantasmi e pure maleducati.

Non rispondono, non danno una stima della consegna. Non capisco come l’aeroporto di Marconi, KLM, AirFrance si appoggino a loro. Forse perché siamo in Italia e qualcuno ha degli interessi?

Ho provato a connettermi su LinkedIn con qualcuno di loro, ma anche lì sembra non esistano.

Se potete, chiedete chi vi porterà la valigia e fate in modo di non darla in consegna a loro.

Una vergogna!!!

Una vergogna!!!! Corriere espresso che consegna con giorni e giorni di ritardo e che ha recapiti telefonici dove non risponde nessuno. La cosa assurda è che le compagnie aeree si servono di certe aziende che non fanno adeguatamente il loro lavoro.

La compagnia piu’ inprofessionale

La compagnia piu’ inprofessionale, non affidabile ed incapace che abbia mai visto.
Il bagaglio non mi arrivo’ insieme con gli altri da Amsterdam a Rom FCO.
La Avia partner lo ricevette il giorno dopo e immediatamente lo diede a qursti incapaci della ONCEXPRESS, che mi chiamarono la sera dicendo che entro 48 ore avrebbero consegnato il bagaglio.
Passate 96 ore ancora nulla e neanche una chiamata.
Mi chiamo’ un certo Marco il quale dopo spense subito il telefono e fu irrangiugibile per tutti i giorni a seguire.(avrebbero dovuto consegnare la valigia da Roma aeroporto a Roma citta’ e ci misero 5 giorni, lasciandomi tutta la vacanza senza vestiti in quanto sarei rimasto solo 3 giorni a Roma.
Da Sabato mattina consegnarono il bagaglio il Mercoledi dopo altri due personaggi alle ore 23:45 a mia madre senza ne’ avvertire ne’ chiamare.
Comunicazione aziendale ZERO! Affidabilita’ zero e servizio clienti totalmente assente e numeri telefonici finti!

The worst company ever

Scam Company.
On therecweb-site.
4-8 hour deliveries
Urgent overnight deliveries
Helpdesk open 7am to midnight
CRM tracking
Online proof of delivery

None of this works.
2 of 3 e-mail is not an e-mail. One of the phone number you can Call is valid.
After 2 weeks we have to admit that we will not receive our luggage while we are in Italy.
You never contacted us - you never take the telefon
Shame on you - we know you have the luggage- KLM knows it- i hope they fire you as as campany and send you the Bill for all the clothes.
I Can se you not make respons on the your respons i Trustpilot. Is that your policy - no respons we just keep the luggage- sorry for you.

Ghost company

Same as what the other people wrote down: they don’t answer to your phone calls,email is not working, no idea on when our luggage will be delivered (we are supposed to attend a funeral…). Tomorrow it’s our fourth day without luggage.

ONC express -stay clear

ONC express is realy the worst company I have evner delt with. Our luggage did not arrive at Naples airport with us on Monday March 3rd. Missing luggage was duely reported at the airport, and promised delivery on Wednesday 5th. When calling the airport I learned that our luggage had been picked up by the courrier service ONC express on Tuesday. They have still not seen fit to deliver our suitcases to us. We are starting on our 5th day without all of our things. The most frustrating thing is to know that our luggage is in store somewhere in Naples, and knowing that the courriers think it is to far to drive to our hotel in Ischia (that is what I was told at the call center). When travelling your luggage is vital to experiencing a good vacation and should be dispatched as soon as it arrives. ONC has so fare held our luggage in store for 3 days, tomorrow it will be four days. Will they ever see fit to do their job and deliver our suitcases? I wonder. They do not see fit to answer my calls so why bother with doing their job?And the big question; How can the airlines still use this company, when they do not deliver?
