I am pleased with the shoes I ordered for my granddaughters however it took 3 weeks for delivery. That is too long for items that were not back ordered. I will probably not order from this company again.

I ordered two dresses for my daughters for a wedding

I was concerned initially as the order had not been shipped in the time frame as advised.
Although there was a delay in communication when trying to track my items. I would say the service manager was really helpful and informative. When my items arrived the dresses were beautiful.

I would just say that the delivery time is a
lot longer so order in advance but the items are really pretty.

I ordered 2 outfits for my grandsons size 7 and size 2T I got notice the 7 and 2 T was delivered unfortunately only the size 7 was delivered I emailed the company they sent me another size 7 but still no size 2T I want matching for my grandsons the outfits short pants with suspenders with embroidered toy soldiers is great but I need the size 2 T that I ordered and paid for still not received

Just horrible!
Their sizing is off- very small. Return is extremely hard and deliver time could take months! Stay away from it and do yourself and your baby a favor.

I first had issues regarding an order and not getting responses. However, all issues have been very satisfactorily resolved. The item I got is very well made and looks exactly like the picture. The only thing I would recommend if you place an order, place the order well in advance before you need it.

Poor quality. With the price, I was expecting a high quality dress for my toddler. But what I received looks cheap. Very disappointing.

Hello I recently placed an order for couple of items for my grandson
I received a duplicate item when I contacted them ther immediately shipped the other item and let me kept the duplicate at no cost
I am so pleased with the little outfits are Gorgeous!!!
And customer service the best!!

Nano Sterling, customer service manager, was remarkable. It is so sad when good service stands out, but I am so pleased. She just had a personal touch that made me feel safe in my business dealings with them, not usually the case any more. And the baby sweater I ordered and received was above my expectations. Adorable and so soft. AND I got it on sale. Will definitely keep doing business with this company.

ONEA is one of the best choice for the little ones the materials are keeping the quality and the designs are pretty and standard .It should be a good choice
I needed a resize on my order they were so cooperative they understood my concern and I got my resize without any cost .it is much appreciated.

I ordered the most beautiful special occasion dress for my daughter and it was perfect but slightly too big. I emailed and requested an exchange. Kelsey was very responsive and stayed in contact with me throughout the process with updates of receiving the bigger sized dress and shipping out the smaller size. I was worried I would not get it in time since we are in the middle of an out of state move with the event taking place a week after we arrive at the new location. It arrived quicker than I expected and fit my girl perfectly. Great customer service and stunning, quality work! Thank you all!

Bought dress for my grand daughter s first communion. The dress looked luxurious and looked exactly what I was looking for. So I thought until I received it. The dress looked cheap and nothing I would ever dream of having my granddaughter wear. Will not be using this company again

Great customer service! I ordered a dress for my daughter from onea kids, it is a little defective. I contacted them through email, Kelsey responded to me right away and she issued me a full refund and let me keep the dress. She is very professional and polite! I really appreciate her help!

They responded when they saw the unfavorable review. But they definitely resolved the problem and issued me a refund.Their clothes is adorable but size down.

Not one item sent is the size I paid for. Everything is 2-3 sizes larger.
I ordered 12/18 months and received 3T and 8 and one item has no size- but would fit a toddler.
