I had a terrible experience with OneKids. I bought two pieces for my granddaughter, but they were too small for the dress and the sweater was too thick for the weather. I requested a return several times, but they didn’t respond to me for a while.
They don’t even have customer phone number like other company so I was waiting for more than a month .
Finally , I got an email from one of their employees email but she was asking reason for return which I provide several times and didn’t respond me again .
It has been 2 months now so I am going to dispute credit card charge from my bank .
They are good at selling their stuff but they don’t want to follow up customer’s needs or Request .
I will NEVER buy stuff from this company again .

Terrible terrible company. I placed an order for two dresses on March 3rd. On their website it stated the order will be shipped 1-3 business days. Today is March 12th and my order is not processed yet. I reached out twice to their customer service and got no solution whatsoever. I am trying to get the refund, nothing happened yet. So I can only imagine it will take even longer and more annoying struggle to get my refund( IF I can even get my refund).

The 2 piece girls skirt and sweater are adorable. The photo of the outfit looked just like the actual outfit.
