I ordered 2 items on January 26, Received one late,
2nd was out of stock apparently was suppose to be restocked Feb 24 . As of today March 2nd , NO more communication. No answer to my numerous emails requesting a refund.

Super cute bib
Super cute bib - very soft and pretty. The product is great but I rates down because of shipping. Took a very long time - I assume the products are coming from China. If you have extra time to wait it’s a good company.

Still looking great after a few washes
I bought these a while back and just now have had a chance to give them a good washing & drying. The colours are still bright & the fabric hasn't lost any of its plushness. You can tell these lot use top-notch materials. Brilliant value for money if you ask me.

SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT! This company is a scam, they sent us a product that we later found on Amazon, it was marked it up 3x the price and then shipped it to us. The product had all the obvious markings of an Amazon product- cheap stitching and generic looking tags.

Order was placed December 9th with…
Order was placed December 9th with promise to receive the order on time for Christmas. Today is December 30th and I am still awaiting the delivery of the order. It is supposedly to be delivered today. Their web site were still advertising delivery on time for Christmas well after December 9th!!
The order did not ship until December 16th. The tracking system they provide showed the items stuck at the same location from December 21th until December 26th without any details and still no help from Customer service. Don't promise Christmas delivery when it is not doable !!! I would not have ordered a Christmas gift from there have I've known and while never order again. And still waiting on my order

This is an updated review.
I did finally receive my order on December 30th. The fabric is nice, clothes are cute although size seems small. Customer service did offer a 50% refund due to the delay and I appreciate the refund. Therefore I changed the review to 3 stars for their effort.

Terrible shipping and inconsistent quality
I wish I had read these reviews. I ordered a Christmas outfit for my son at the end of November. I received a shipping notification in Dec 1 and somehow it took almost a month to arrive. I had to email repeatedly to just get an update as to when the item would arrive. After multiple emails I got the outfit 2 days before Xmas.
Credit where credit is due: the shirt does seem to be pretty nice. The pattern, quality and softness are above standard. There is no way the pants are cotton though and feel more like polyester. Also, the bow tie is strange. Instead of a clip on or some such, it has a little elastic loop to hang it off the top button.

Kids' clothes don't often feel this nice. The colours are soft and nice, and the fit is roomy without being too big.

Beautiful young girl's dress
I shopped at length to find a classic well made dress for my granddaughter...one that she can wear for all occasions. This dress is made beautifully, nice weight fabric, lovely feminine detail and soft colors.
