Quality of girls dresses are made very well…
Quality of girls dresses are made very well, however I am returning one dress as it's not what I expected appearance wise. I wind up ordering a duplicate of the 2nd dress so i can keep one at my house for my granddaughter, and one for her house.

Returns request ignored
Ordered an item. It was delivered fine. And quality was decent. But it was too small. The returns process requires you to email them a request a returns i did this and got a reply 3 months later. I told them I wanted to return the item and then was ignored again. So piss poor customer service. Online sales is based on an easy returns process. This is a big fail. £100 wasted

Darling, high quality clothes!
I ordered a darling outfit for my new grandson and when it arrived it was as good as pictured. Very high quality knit, and so cute. I can’t give 5 stars because the shipping time was so slow - I thought for sure I had been scammed.

Excellent Customer Service
I am writing about my recent customer service experience. I had received duplicate items and was concerned that I had been charged twice. I sent an email explaining my concern, thinking I would not hear back. To my surprise, Lisa C from Customer Support responded in less than 24 hours. She did research before her response, answered my question, was personable, showed empathy, she was efficient, knowledgeable and in the end resolved my situation and created a very satisfied customer. Her service was an excellent example of what all customer support interactions should be. Thank you Lisa, you are very good at your role!

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received my merchandise. They sent a shipment notification but the USPS said the tracking number is fake. There’s no way to contact them and receive a reply, which means a refund is totally out of the question. DO NOT TRUST!!!

False and Misleading Photos
They showed slippers and a beanie in a set for the photo. Was only shipped the top, and no accessories. Was rudely told I should have read the fine print. Very misleading, and almost scammy. Also quality was below average for the price.
Update: they gave me a 50% refund for the misleading photos.

Outfits adorable, shipping not so great.
I shopped with your store because the clothes are sweet for our 15 month old granddaughter. I love the color combinations and design options.
The shipping was not such a great experience; ordered on 1/13 and per your staff was picked up 1/17. However the tracking kept saying it was awaiting pick up and not until 1/27 did that change. It finally reached our granddaughter on 1/28.
But the clothes are adorable!

I just received the Daisy Little Girls…
I just received the Daisy Little Girls Knitted Cardigan for my new baby granddaughter, and I am obsessed with it. While it is not 100% organic fibers (a cotton/acrylic blend yarn), it is incredibly soft to the touch and perfect for a baby's sensitive skin.
The quality is on point, and the design and craftsmanship are worth what I paid for it. It can be paired with a cute pair of denim jeans as easily as with a pretty dress. It is truly versatile in its appeal and will get lots of wear. The team's customer service was great, and the item shipped and arrived quickly. If you are looking for a cute go-to piece for your little girl - I recommend this sweet sweater.
