Well first off, the Elsa dress was a major hit for my 5 yr old grandaughter. My daughter says she has been wearing it, since she received this dress for her birthday on Sunday, Nov. 2nd.
This Elsa dress, I'm told by my g-daughter and daughter, that the dress is super soft and comfortable. That's a plus!
I have to say that when I purchased this dress for my g-daughter on Tuesday, Oct 21st, I was relieved at the time that she would get her b-day gift early and that I wouldn't be sweating bullets.
Their info said the order would be processed within 24-48 and delivery time is typically 7-9 business days by USPS from New York but they told me that it ships from New Jersey and I would receive a tracking #.
Well three business days (Oct 24th) went by and nothing. So I emailed customer service and they were looking into the matter.
Well 6 business days (8 total) went by and I had no tracking #. On Oct 30th, I finally got a tracking # and it said it was going to arrive by USPS Nov 4-9. That made me anger/sad that she would have to wait...Well, I don't know how it happened coming from New Jersey to Surprise, Arizona but it arrived on my g-daughters birthday which was a Sunday, Nov. 2 by USPS!
That's all that mattered to me and they made it happen:)

I am happy with my order. The material is soft but feels sturdy, and the fit is perfect. My daughter has been running around in the Onea dress all day . It is a cute, comfortable, useful thing you do not find often

Cheaply made polyester clothes from China. Can find the exact same clothes from many other chinese- based retailers online. Was gifted an item and it was terrible. Not an actual 'boutique'.

I am editing my review. I Didn’t receive the dress at all originally. They claimed there was an error at the warehouse. Unfortunately they didn’t respond to my emails so I decided to dm on Instagram. They responded to my dm and finally agreed to refund my order. Then they proceeded to send me the dress again anyway. It is a beautiful dress just really wished it came on time since I needed it for an event. Hope from now on whoever orders will actually receive what they need on time and they will respond to emails.

The Elsa costume is beautifully well made high quality and adorable. Only issue was shipping with arrival date changed twice and then still arrived late.

Onea kids has really adorable clothes. I love the different styles and attention to detail. Their clothes look high end and trendy and my daughter loved the clothes we got. Great communication from company as well.

I tried to cancel this order immediately because I saw the incorrect mailing address! The order was placed immediately!!! Now you are making this cancellation difficult!

I have never received a shipping confirmation When will my item arrive?

It took three weeks for my dress to arrive and when it did it looked nothing like the picture. It was SHEIN quality clothes that I paid $50 for. Contacted them for a return and have not heard back. Do not buy from here!

Update: was contacted for a refund after leaving review.

Very quick and easy

The baby outfit I purchased is beautiful, very soft material . it would be perfect for little babies skin.
I bought it as a gift for my grandson so he still is too little to fit into it, but I loved it so much that I had to purchase it
The only problem is, it took a while to be delivered.

I bought a sweater and sweatpants that customer service told me is an authentic Miki House set, but when it arrived, I was bothered by several suspicious details. The collar snaps pictured on both the Miki House original website and on Onea Kids' website were not featured on the sweater; all Miki House labels and tags, if they had been there originally, were removed; and the label with washing instructions said the items were made in China, when the Miki House website says this set is made in Japan. The price for the set was also a fraction of the retail price, which perhaps made it too good to be true. I hate to write a negative review, because the pieces themselves seem authentic in quality, and the customer service was responsive overall. But it has really bothered me, and I struggle to come up with any good explanation for that kind of suspicious activity. I hope they provide a clarity or change their business practices.

Adorable print and arrived on time, but the color faded slightly after the first wash. Not a deal breaker, just not as high-quality as expected.

I wanted to love these, but the pants stretched out too quickly after a couple wears. They’re fine for daycare, but I expected more durability at this price.
