Eleni at London Bridge is first-class! Great treatment and advice - I am well on the way to getting better after suffering a very painful lower back and shoulder.

The admin at One Body isnt great and not being able to speak directly to someone is challenging BUT the therapy given is great.

Malaika is by far the best physiotherapist I have ever visited. She always takes time to explain what she is doing or why an exercise is important. Malaika shows an interest in my life which allows her to take a more holistic approach to the treatment. Would definitely recommend.

My experience with Pearl has been excellent. She is thorough, takes great pains to make sure one is doing the exercises the right way she is also encouraging, friendly and hardworking. I would definitely recommend her and One Body LDN. my only reservation is that one can only contact via website the client portal on ; no phone, no email address. It does create issues.

The physio side is good, but the admin side really lets the side down. It's no good having a good experience with a physio only for the people in the office to spoil by being so soulless, and uhelpful. One Body offer lower prices when you book directly with your physio after an appointment. I had no idea, and the t&cs are unclear about it. So when I cancelled, then tried to rebook, it showed at the higher price. I did not appreciate the tone or quality of back office support when I was trying to get the matter resolved. I even showed them screenshots of their own t&c page to prove my point. Truth is, One Body, presents itself well only, but they should do more work on the admin side.

Had a great experience, felt a difference straight away

I went to see Shivansh first for lower back pain, and I had a really good experience. When I first came in I was in quite bad, acute pain, but he quickly understood what was going on and explained it in a simple way.
After his treatment, massages and the exercises he gave me, I saw big improvements very fast. Within the same week I was even able to complete a half marathon, which I really didn’t expect at all.
Later I also saw him for a hip pain that I think I had for years without realising properly. I was just telling him some symptoms and he actually made the connection straight away, even if I didn’t fully understand it myself where it was coming from. After a quick assessment he identified the underlying issue very quickly.
He is very knowledgeable, but also kind and easy to talk to, which makes you feel comfortable. You can tell he is passionate about what he is doing.
I completely recommend Shivansh, he really helped me a lot and I’m very grateful.
