One life have the ability to pack a months worth of activities into just a few days while also balancing it all with down time/ personal time/ free time. I absolutely loved the combination of vacation styled activities (beach days, coffee dates), exploration of the sites (island hopping, camping experience, walking through the streets of towns and villages), and immersion in the culture (cultural day, history learning, language learning, school visit).
And of course one of the brightest highlights of the trip was our amazing tour guide Johnny. From the moment the tour was booked Johnny’s efficient communication and warm personality made this trip easy and so enjoyable. His ability to adapt to each type of person is what allows him to be loved by all. And his love for his country and culture is nothing but contagious. Thank you Johnny for keeping the spirits high when the energy was low, making us all laugh always, and giving us some of our most unforgettable experiences. We will never forget you and look forward to coming back to the Philippines and hopefully seeing you again :))

Johnny was just such a kind and fun spirited tour guide. He took the time to get to know everyone in the group and to accommodate to their needs. He dances, he laughs and he joins in on the fun which makes the experience that much better. He made me feel safe and showed me what the Philippines had to offer, I fell in love with it because of what he showed us. Thank you Johnny x

I recently completed a 14-day round trip along the West Coast of the Philippines, and it was an absolutely breathtaking journey through a truly unique country. The route itself is stunning—filled with raw nature, hidden beaches, and unforgettable moments.

This is not the right tour for anyone seeking luxury. Some of the accommodations are very simple, and comfort is sometimes secondary to the overall adventure. But honestly, how many people can say they have camped on a remote, deserted island? Experiences like that are what make this trip so special.

That said, I do have to deduct one point. The selection of hostels didn’t always meet my expectations, and communication from our guide was often directed only at parts of the group, which left some of us unsure about the plan at times.

Still, looking back, this journey gave me memories and experiences that will stay with me forever. It touched my heart in a way I didn’t expect, and for that, I will always treasure it.

My husband and I just completed the Philippines West tour with Coron extension. We had the most fabulous time. Vlad kept us all together as a family and it was an easy group to spend a whole fortnight with. We did so much and saw some spectacularly beautiful places. We kept having highlights and then the next stop would be even better. I had to take one star off and it was for a couple of the accomodations and it wasn’t the camping, they both were fabulous with Pass island the absolute best! It was the whole groups disappointment when we all clambered out of the bus at Spin designer in El Nido, checked out the pool and the beautiful facilities, only to be told it was full! Vlad seemed really embarrassed and we went to Barco, it was sub par and the breakfast was always cold and minimal. In Coron, Charms didn’t seem to want us there, although it was a nice place.

I had an absolutely amazing experience doing a tour in the Philippines with Sheena! Throughout the whole time I was reassured by her and never doubted anything. She was always there if I needed any help with anything at all. You could tell how much she loved her job and how passionate she was, always full of energy! She is such a lovely and caring woman and I can’t put into words how perfect she made the whole experience! Thank you!!!

What an absolutely incredible adventure. We joined the 14 day west Philippines adventure. Everything was amazing. Firstly, what a beautiful country full of beautiful people.
The trip was so well organised and full of amazing moments. We didn’t stop. It was more than we could ever have dreamed of.
What made it so amazing and stress free was the amazing Sheena. Thankyou so much Sheena for making this trip of a life time one we will always treasure. Sheena was so professional and had every moment under control, and making all of us come together and have the best time.
The food, accommodation was amazing. The boat trips were just so wonderful. The boat boys were fantastic and made us so welcome and made our trips so exciting and interesting.
I will be recommending this trip to everyone who fancies exploring the beautiful Philippines.

I did the Philippines experience tour, it was amazing! I had so so much fun, it felt like the whole group became a family and did so many fun things, there was a mix in age and this balanced the group so nicely and everyone was so kind and caring! I liked that we had the optional activities too on some of the days. We had family meals every night and all the accommodation was amazing, the beach tents was the best, most special experiences.
Vlad our tour guide was so so kind and made the tour special! He felt like a friend on the tour rather than in charge of the group. He was so supportive with following a celiac diet and always helped us be able to eat safely, he was so also so kind if any of us was feeling ill from new foods. He showed us all the best places (fave was the surfing and the motorbike rides and Philippine culture day) and sunsets. We loved playing pick pack boom and it will be a game I’ll share to all my friends and family. Vlad was so amazing and instantly made us all feel welcome and part of the group, I forgot I was solo traveling!
I would recommend to everyone to do, don’t feel nervous to do it solo, just go for it and you will thank yourself later!

I’ve just finished the 14-day island-hopping tour in the Philippines, including Coron, and it’s safe to say the entire trip far exceeded my expectations.

I lost count of how many genuine “WOW” moments I had. I travelled with an amazing group of people and an absolutely phenomenal tour guide, Vlad. Nothing was ever too much trouble—every activity was unforgettable, communication was seamless, and Vlad went above and beyond to accommodate all our individual needs, including my gluten-free dietary requirements. His effort, energy, and care for the whole group made the experience truly extraordinary. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide.

The cultural day, island-hopping adventures, incredible food, and vibrant nightlife were all eye-opening in the best possible way. I’ve come home with memories—and friends—that will last a lifetime.

We did a 14 day tour and experienced the most amazing memories. So sad it’s over but had the best time and wish I could do it all over again. Our tour guide Vlad was amazing and made us feel apart of the Philipino culture and brought us all together. Once in a life time experience and made great friends.

This was one of the best experiences thanks to our amazing tour guide Sheena. She really knows how to set the vibe and you'll be in great hands if you get the opportunity to travel with her. You'll get to see the highlights of Palawan and Coron. El Nido was a blast with it's city vibes and adventures, and Coron offered amazing nature at sea and wonderful snorkeling.

Big shout out to our group leader, Sheena, who truly made the trip. She was positive, full of energy and a load of fun. Sheena had everything organised, which made the whole adventure fun and stress-free.

The itinerary was the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, island hopping, beaches, and snorkelling. The group vibe was awesome too, it was the perfect amount of people.

Our guide Ashleigh did a great job! She was very organised, yet flexible. I especially liked how she always kept us updated and also gave additional information via WhatsApp. Ashleigh always made an effort to take care of everybody's needs. One Life Adventures as a company also made a good impression. I only have a few critical notes on the programm. I think that the time in Takayama was too short, considering the time it took to get there. The time should either be extended or Takayama can be skipped in my opinion. Also I was really disappointed how little time we got at the Fushimi Inari-Taisha in Kyoto. It is one of the main attractions after all and we met at 5:40 a.m. to get there before the crowds, but barely got enough time to enjoy it... And after that we spent too much time for a second breakfast, at Kiyomizu-dera Temple (which is a smaller area than Fushimi Inari) and for everybody to change into their Kimonos (which is optional and not officially part of the tour!). Maybe in the future try to schedule the Tea Ceremony a little later and give more time in the morning to explore the shrine. If some people don't need the whole time, they can get something to eat instead and everybody hast a chance to get what they want most.

I’ve just got back from the 10-day Philippines tour and it was an incredible experience. Palawan is absolutely stunning, and this tour made the whole trip completely stress-free. Sheena was an amazing tour guide - full of energy, really knowledgeable, and always happy to help.

I absolutely loved this tour and would recommend it to anyone! It was very well organised, from airport transfers to accommodation and the travel throughout, making it stress free and easy to just enjoy. All of the stops we made were amazing and showed us how beautiful Palawan is. My favourite was Port Barton, where we had an island hopping tour which included beach camping and also visiting a local school where we could give back to the community.
Sheena, our tour guide, also made the trip so special. We could not have asked for a better guide! She is so knowledgeable, high energy and fun loving. She always answered any questions we had, made sure everyone was okay and enjoying themselves, and brought great energy to the group. Another favourite moment was her playing guitar and signing around the bonfire on the beach!
Overall, an amazing experience that I have many great memories from.

I had a great time on the 14 day tour of Japan. The itinerary was well planned out and we got to see and do many things.
Ashleigh our tour leader was very knowledgeable and informative. Also very well organised and able to help when needed. Highly recommend this tour.

Loved the tour but felt It was very rushed. Would of been nice to have an extra day in the Tokyo or Osaka as they are such big cities with lots of areas to discover.

Good but short Information. Beside interesting stories and great guide Ashleigh.
For young people great trip and service.
Breakfast at first guesthouse not good. Better to go to a breakfast place or Coffee.
