If this had negative I would give that, They suck big time. They dont understand the importance of release in our life as an indi artist. They want docs I get that they F*in need 1 month to verify it noo F* they need 1 million years to verify it. There customer support system is also S#!* they reply in ages my 90 year old grandpa pie faster then your reply, Trust me stay away from them. And this bulls of legal team WE SIGNED WITH YOU THE TIME YOU MADE US SIGN UP WE KNOW THE RISK OF AUTHENTICATION WE ARE NOT KIDS! Screw you big time

Album distribution disappointment

I recently submitted at Album for distribution. They rejected the album because a portion of the cover wasn’t “100% original” I.e. I used a royalty-free image as a part of the cover. I replaced this image with one that I made COMPLETELY FROM SCRATCH in photoshop. I resubmitted the cover and assumed this was all well and good.
I didn’t realize until a week before the release date that they had rejected the album cover AGAIN. I sent them a message specifying what was wrong previously and how I had corrected it/asked what I needed to do to remedy this. FOUR DAYS LATER they respond basically ignoring what I said and saying that the cover still needs to be fixed (2 days before the release date I had planned and promoted for). Thankfully Songtradr gave me no such issue and I was able to use a priority release tool via Songtradr or I would have been SOL still. First experience with these guys and a huge waste of time.
I am sure their other services and features are fine, but this was a very disappointing experience.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I released a track 3-4 months ago and only received payment now, BUT THERE'S MORE! The payment I received was $14,23 lol, where I was supposed to receive around $100 as I calculated it. I have nearly 30k streams. As I proceed to withdraw funds (the little they gave me yes), a screen pops up with 1000s of words and it gets stuck there, there's no way to receive funds as well. Please don't use this service.

They are holding my 1500$

They used to be very nice to me at first but now they're completely ignoring me, I was paid 110$ as my first payment and it was so quick. Since I am living in a country where PayPal doesn't support so I was using Payoneer to receive my revenue and this is my second time I am trying to withdraw my revenue using Payoneer and I asked them to release it and after a week they sent me a mail stating that I will get my revenue within 7 days and it's been 2 weeks I haven't received any emails from them. They are holding my 1500$ which I have to pay for my artist and crew members.

Content ID abusers

They have ignored my emails asking them to remove content ID from my composition. Content ID was applied to it without my permission when it was uploaded via a third party. They are therefore illegally profiting from my composition and breaching copyright laws.

Our team follows the standards recommended by the stores and we know that the content ID can make mistakes in some cases.

In any case, this process may end up taking a while, as whenever it occurs, we contact the artist on our platform and set a deadline for a response. Only then we can contact the store and request release, or appeal the decision.
