I was happy with the service, right up until the time they discontinued it and didn't bother to let me know. I bought the DataMax sim card and have been using it in Panama for 6 months. Paying about 17.50 for Zone Extended 500 MB a month. Worked fine.

All of a sudden, no data. Per them, the physical sim card doesn't work in Panama on Zone Extended. Only an e-sim will work. I can't get them to answer me on when that actually changed. Because up until 2 weeks ago, it worked.

The only alternative with the physical card is so expensive, only an idiot would pay it. Bye-bye One Sim.

Grabbed an eSim for a week since I exceeded my data limit on my current subscription on Hey Telecom.
Competitive price, easy installation but wow such a poor cell reception. No matter where I go, even with 4 bars of LTE, I cannot watch a photo/video, load a website, …

And it uses the same data operator that I’m generally using. So something is wrong on their end.

SIM wouldn’t activate. Emailed support but got no response. Wasted money really.

Not a scam but they try to get you to buy account packages in $25.00 increments which is non-refundable should you not use it. And then they remove money each month from your account for the unused balance. I paid $25.00 one month. Used about $10.00. Few months later went online to get another SIM and saw my balance was less than a dollar. When I messaged I was told it was because I wasn't using the money in the account. I was told I could just buy the time I need outright but that is very obscured on the website and doing so requires an advanced turn-on date. The service providers they use seem to be the cheap carriers of the respective areas. I would not use them

Я не смог пользоваться интернетом ни в Казахстане ни в Китае. Всё настроил, мобильные данные (символ горел) но интернета небыло. Пришлось покупать местную сим карту. Я не доволен!!! Хотя раньше покупал европейский тариф и он работал без проблем.

There’s lack of information when purchasing the service. I needed a phone number and it doesn’t provide that.

customer support is zero and I don't recommend anyone to buy sim form here

Worst sim provider, my data didn’t work and no support from their tech team. Avoid at all cost.

Good day. I paid on 12/17/2024 for 4 SIM cards for Europe, 3 for 10 GB and one for 5 GB. I did not receive the SIM cards. These are scammers.

The Internet in the USA didn't work completely.No Apn weren't found. Support didn't answer. Lost money.
