OnFlooring Avis 517

Very poor quality transition strips. Super thin piece of printed vinyl glued to a piece of particleboard - barely adhered and already peeling in some places, scratches easily. I bought these transitions to match my CoreTec flooring thinking it would be easier than ordering through my local distributor. Much worse quality than if I had just bought a close enough match available at a box store. Wildly overpriced at $50 for a 96” piece of garbage.

Product arrived quickly and was just what I needed. Can’t give five stars for two reasons. First, shipping cost of $30 on a $60 part is excessive. I thought it might be because product was coming across country but product was actually shipped from in state address so distance argument doesn’t fly. Second, the cutting tool that came with the trim strip was flimsy and the blade bent almost immediately. I was able to bend it back just enough to finish the job before it broke. Don’t know what I’ll need to use on other 2/3 of trim strip if and when I need it.

The ordering process was effortless, delivery was fast (less than one week), the quality of the flooring was excellent.

Spent a lot of time on-line looking for a match to our existing LVP. OnFloor had want we needed at a great price and very reasonable shipping rate. The communication from start to finish by email or phone was excellent! The backorder issue was getting a little frustrating but I understand still a common problem. The shipping carrier was equally very good, the emailing and phone communication was great!

I had a great experience with OnFlooring. My product arrived as expected and timely. If I were to make any improvements to my experience, it would have been to notate that pick up is behind the building. As I am not accustom to just driving into someone's business yard, it took me a little time to determine it must be meant to be to drive through the gate.
