They had the transitions that I had been searching for for months. After placing my order I realized that I needed to add other items so I emailed them early the next morning and they accommodated my additions so I didn’t incur separate shipping charges.

Very fast and accurate

Return request ignored
I mistakenly ordered laminate flooring instead of LVP. I sent an email, as requested to see about returning the 3 boxes of flooring 5 days ago, and have yet to hear anything.
Unlikely to deal with your company again.

Hello
Hello, ordering process was super easy and I received great customer service when I changed order. We had a union carpenter install the transitions and it did not go as smoothly as hoped with buying OEM parts. The metal track with the screw holes was thin metal that bent easily. We ended up needing to use adhesives. Some of the distances between the new floor and existing were half inch. Thank you

Solid service. Damaged product.
The service itself was great. Website was easy to use, order quantity was accurate, pickup at the warehouse went smoothly. Unfortunately, we had multiple board that arrived chipped, some were even chipped in the middle. Not sure if this was a handling issue or a manufacture issue, which is why I didn't rate this lower. We had to get a little creative to be able to use them, but we made it work. It was disappointing to receive material that was damaged.

Hi Tiffany, I’m glad it worked out and sorry you had to deal with that. My guess is this happened during manufacturing given the location in the center of a plank. Your RevWood flooring is manufactured by Mohawk and transported on Mohawk company trucks to the Mohawk warehouse, so there are no third parties from start to finish. I’ve sent you an email to request an image of the center chipped plank so I can send it to Mohawk. Thanks again for your business! –Marc
