Customer Service!
Your prices were better than I found locally. I had an issue when ordering and called customer service and an actual person answered the phone, I could understand him, and he helped me fix the issue! We got our entire order, it was correct, and not damaged. Sadly, this is rare, and I was so happy this was an easy purchase. Plus, the floor looks GREAT!!

Ordered transition piece over the phone…
Ordered transition piece over the phone and was never informed of a “track” piece of hardware that I needed to purchase along w transition piece. Needless to say when my installer went to use it he could t without the track. Had to call and order the track and spent another $6 for track and $30 to ship it! Complete rip off!!!

This was an online order, not by phone. The item description states: “You will likely need the Versatrack (sold separately) for the best installation.” The decision whether or not to use installation hardware is dictated by the job-site, installer’s technique and the type of flooring. The “Installation and Diagrams” PDF linked on the item page is a 5 page document which outlines all the options for the hardware in a comprehensive manner.

Was hesitant at first to spend that kind of money online for something. But.... After requesting a call to ease my concerns, a man from the company called me (within the hour) to assure me everything was on the up and up. Not only did they deliver a day ahead of schedule, the driver placed the pallet exactly where I'd asked! 5 stars definitely isn't enough to describe my 1st time experience using OnFlooring. Would recommend 1000% to anyone looking to find whatever it is you're looking for!!

Online skeptic but I'm won over.
I was a little skeptical about ordering thousands of dollars of flooring online but OnFlooring was great. They answered all my questions, were easy to get ahold of, made sure I had everything I needed and my flooring was delivered to my house which my local company wanted me to pick up (3 pallets worth). I would without a doubt recommend OnFlooring.

Pretty good experience
Pretty good experience. The order and deliver was smooth. Only the thing was the few boxes were defective from manufacturing and Onflooring did refund but I wish it won’t happen.
