I can't begin to tell you how excited…
I can't begin to tell you how excited to have my flooring done. I was concerned however since the type of flooring I have was discontinued. I was able to locate OnFlooring online, found what I needed, spoke to the owner, and got my supplies. Thanks OnFlooring for assisting with making my home beautiful!

Bad service and timing
Materials were forgot about at the facility and had to be reminded twice to ship the item. Once they did the carrier also lost the item for 4 days. Item took a month to arrive.

We ordered a Installation repair tool from you guys about a week ago and it
arrived at my store today. The driver had multiple packages and dropped them
off at my service counter, Once I looked at the box I received from you guys
today it was empty. It did not have anything in the box, the box had a lot of
clear packing tape on it. One end was open and there was nothing inside the
box. How do we get a new/replacement order started? I also have pictures if
you need them. I just received the package about 4 minutes ago.

Hi Chris,
I'm dumbfounded as to how this can occur. The first time I thought it could be a random freak occurrence. But for it to happen twice, I must conclude that there is some sort of issue with either your UPS driver or the UPS facility in your area. The fact that the driver actually delivers an empty box is concerning.
I'm refunding your purchase. Maybe you can try another vendor or if you have an account with Mohawk, get it from them directly.

Everything went great. Had some issue with the shipping company loosing my pallet for a few days. And upon delivery there was damage to 1 carton. Mark credited me for that box immediately. I would recommend OnFlooring without hesitation.

OnFlooring custom made two 8'…
OnFlooring custom made two 8' transition strips for my flooring. Unfortunately, the employee who entered the order into the machine that makes the strips entered the wrong number. When I notified OnFlooring of the error, they created a new run with the correct number and the strips match perfectly. Both the original and the replacement order arrived within 3 days of my order/re-order. This compares to the 4 to 8 week wait that local flooring companies had specified for my order. And the total cost from OnFlooring, including $35 in shipping, was comparable to what the two local companies had quoted.
