Not easy to order.
After trying to order Mounjaro yesterday my experience was not good.

Service was mostly excellent obviously except when the price increased and so many ordered extra before causing a shortage. Other than that excellent service orders completed , just a shame things got ridiculous with prices

They mislead you on delivery times then lie about it.
They mislead you by saying they process orders in 2-24 hours. But then take 3 days to dispatch it. Then another 3 working days for it to arrive.
When questioning customer service they say it's "unusual high demand" but they say this every time and never update the website so you know when you order that you won't get your medication in nearly 2 weeks ... pretty dishonest of them
They need to :
- be honest about how long it will take (very important when you need medication!)
- use a faster shipping method
- not lie about "unusual high demand"
Also somewhat annoying that they send you a link to "login" which doesn't take you to the login page

To clarify, our stated timeframe of up to 24 hours refers to the clinical review and processing of your order. For home delivery orders, dispatch can typically take up to 48 hours following approval. Once dispatched, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 48 hours of dispatch.
We understand that when ordering medication, delivery times are especially important, and we're sorry if our communication did not meet your expectations. While we always aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, occasional increases in demand can impact turnaround times.

Disliked all the questions online as im…
Disliked all the questions online as im 70 and find doing anything with this method difficult. Need a person in chemist perhaps to assist us "oldies" setting up an order. In the end I had to ask a young sales assistant if she would help me bless her.
Also a noting how always some medication remaining in syringe which is a waste considering the product is so expensive.

As an online-only service, our clinical assessments are completed through a structured online questionnaire to ensure our prescribers have all the necessary information to make a safe and appropriate decision for each patient. We appreciate that this may not suit everyone, particularly if you're less comfortable using digital systems.
With regard to the medication pen, it is normal for some liquid to remain visible in the device after the final dose has been administered. Manufacturers intentionally overfill pens to ensure that all prescribed doses can be delivered accurately, and the remaining liquid is not usually sufficient to constitute an additional dose.
