Easy to identify required item and order.
Delivery within stated time. Item delivered was incorrect, but on ringing the company A very helpful man apologised for the mistake and said he would immediately send out the correct replacement and mailed me a freepost address for the returned item. This was on Friday morning and the correct item was delivered 9-00am on Monday.

Product, suitable
Product was sent out quite speedily. The lock barrel fitted although the bolt to secure it was the wrong length. Luckily I kept the original lock gear. Not sure if that was my mistake on ordering. Not sure if the barrel was of real quality- but it works

Clear Website
Clear website, easy ordering, well packaged, correct part. Do you do the plastic cable pullies (without the cast aluminium brackets) for the same door? Thank you.

My son and I wanted new garage door…
My son and I wanted new garage door springs for my elderly garage, Sean Hall was most helpful providing details of springs that could fit. Unfortunately our first choice was not suitable so we returned them and ordered a less stronger spring. We cannot thank Sean and team enough for their help.
