Oh my goodness! I love them! Not only are the products great but the customer service is fantastic! I have so far used their hydrating mask, mega hold gel, heat protect and curl cream and currently waiting for the shampoo and conditioner to arrive! I am really getting the best out of my wavy hair and its all thanks to only curls

I have wavy hair. I also don't have particularly dry hair. In fact I get a oily scalp - as I'm in my 40's the ends are more dry than they used to be. But I have found I can't use oil based products. This brand markets its self towards both Curly and Wavy hair and for me, all the oil, particularly the macadamia oil leave my hair unmanageable difficult and knotty. I get better results from shop bought brands and John Freida. Quite disappointing as I was hoping this would help tame my frizz and make my hair more management with age issues. If you have hair like mine. This probably won't work for you.

I love their products, but I always feel the real test of a company is their customer service. Yesterday I had an issue with my third order from only curls, damage had been incurred during shipping. I emailed customer service with some photos attached and when I next picked up my phone, just over an hour later, I had a lovely email from Natalie apologising for the inconvenience and a new product already on route.

Their products are the best I've tried for my (very) curly hair. They smell lovely. I use the the cream and gel on a daily basis which give me beautiful defined curls. In this order I've also purchased the mousse and hair oil to try. I have to say I was already hooked on the products, but the excellent customer service has absolutely secured me as a long time customer. Thank you!

The team, particularly Shireen and Natalie, are so kind and helpful. I experienced a really friendly and very quick service - I wouldn't expect such a quick and human experience from any retail/cosmetics brand, especially at the weekend. I work as a Head of Brand myself and these touches are what set a brand apart and have left a lasting impression on me. Unfortunately due to my own very sensitive scalp not all of the products suited me, but that's no reflection of the brand or the items I purchased. I know lots of people who really rate them, which was why I purchased in the first place, and with the exception of my scalp the products made my curls so soft and shiny. If you're looking to give something a try, I'd recommend Only Curls.

I have been using this company for a few years now, having tried many other companies. I can say in all honesty that their products are undoubtedly the best I have used. Also, the customer service is absolutely second to none! Extremely fast response and always very helpful.

I bought the only curls megahold and I’m incredibly unimpressed.
The smell is not great, an overdone hairdressy smell. The texture is horrid, very clumpy. When I put this stuff on my hair it is very itchy and then it all flakes out so that you look like you have a dreadful case of dandruff.

I have thick curly hair which is why I bought something called mega hold and it lasted about 2 hours. I told them that the product didn’t work but they asked about what products I was using it with- as if I’d buy more of the products to make it better. Such a disappointment after all the reviews I read.
I bought a litre of the stuff- I used it twice, not sure what to do with it now!

Excellent service, delivered v quickly and beautiful, quality product. I bought 2 curly towels for me and my daughter. They are so soft, plenty big enough to wrap around long hair and make my hair so easy to manage. Would definitely recommend 👏

Everyone's hair is different, obviously, but I don't think this is the best system for me. You may have a different experience, but given I spent nearly 60 quid it wasn't worth that much, I took their quiz online and went with the recommended products, but I've got better results with much cheaper stuff. For reference I have fine, low porosity 2a/b hair but MASSES of it and John Frieda mousse followed by Umberto Gianni gel have given me better, bouncier waves than Only Curls.

I don't actually think the products are bad, they smell lovely and didn't build up in my hair, I just found them ineffective for me.

Have ordered several times from this company for various products for my curly haired daughter, fantastic company with outstanding customer service and I’d urge anyone to get in touch with them on any issue (I noticed a few negative reviews which perhaps may not have been necessary if only they’d just reached out to customer services. A satin lined bobble hat I purchased came away where the bobble was attached within a few weeks and customer services couldn’t have been more helpful and apologetic and a new hat was sent out very swiftly) My daughter absolutely loves all the items I’ve purchased for her, I have no hesitation to reorder from this company. They seem to genuinely care, keep up the good work Only Curls

Could not live without your hair gel , it’s fabulous on my thick hair no itchy scalp like other products on the market! And customer service is fantastic. Always there to help.

Absolutely wonderful experience from the moment I placed an order the email notifications were so informative and I was worried I wasn’t going to get my order in time for my holiday but the team sorted it all out and it arrived just in time so I could start my curly hair revival immediately! Everything from the packaging to the customer service has been great, I real premium feel brand. And I can already see why the products have such great reviews as they’re working already! Products aside, which are great and well loved by my daughter, I recently purchased for her, the misting bottle spray which she loved. Unfortunately, she put hot water from the kettle into it and shrunk and distorted the bottle (perhaps thicker material is needed there in a product update). A quick email to OC HQ this morning and a lovely reply from them offering to send a new one free of charge. ( I was cheekily asking for a discount code to replace later this month)

Not only are the products great (my daughters review) but the customer service is amazing too.

I love Only Curls products. I bought the starter kit & the definition in my curls after literally the first wash with them was amazing! I have so much more volume at the top where my curls usually fell flat. I just love them!
I also contacted customer services for some help with one of their products & they were so lovely & professional & helpful & resolved my issue instantly. I definitely recommend them! Brilliant products & brilliant service!

I absolutely love the onlycurls products and so does my hair. Usually I have to have at least 3 different shampoos and conditioners or my curls go in a mood! but now i just have the only curls products and my curls are amazing but what i love the most is the customer service.

I bloody love only curls and the fabulous ladies behind the business. I’ve purchased from only curls a couple of times, for both myself and my daughter. I bloody love their products. I grabbed these for my daughter first, she loves them, so I thought I’d try for me too. I emailed recently and had a good few lovely chats with all the only curls ladies - so so kind, lovely, positive, helpful, just bloody amazing. Full of tips and tricks for these products and curls. I’ve recently started to use some products and I’ve ordered more to try following the ladies recommendations. Cannot wait to try the new ones! The mega hold bundle is what I’ve got me so far following recommendations - they feel so good, smell lovely too - make my hair feel so good, I feel fabulous and so confident with my curls, these products have made me feel fab and I cannot wait to try some new ones. I wish I could grab the full size products for me and my daughter - hopefully one day soon! I also have one of the towels too - so so soft and lovely, love that too! I no longer have to put my hair up on day 2 after washing. With a spritz of the atomiser and scrunch with foam or curl gel (weather dependent, if you know you know) I am goid to go for days.

I’ve got the type of hair that straightens easily but when left to dry naturally, it goes wavy. I bought the small set and I’m pleased I didn’t waste too much money on these products! I’ve tried it 5/6 times and every time my hair is awful!! Once it’s dried (naturally) it’s so frizzy and out of control. I either need to put it up and wash it again. It looks utterly horrendous. I wouldnt recommend these products at all. Now binned all bottles.

I am 53 and have very curly hair, for the first time in my life I love having curly hair. This product is revolutionary and I will never use anything else. I buy a litre at a time of each of my products and they last for about a year. Money well spent I will never go anywhere else for product now. I can even wear a hat thanks to only curls, with no frizz. Absolutely awesome 🤩
