Only Curls Avis 813

Ordered Little Curls shampoo and conditioner for our 7 year old girl and it was simply awful. The shampoo didn't foam at all, the conditioner was runny and didn't make hair any softer. Our little one's hair instantly got really dry and her scalp became red and really itchy. Despite this experience, we tried to use this product once more just to be sure that's what caused the reaction. And we were right. I contacted the company for a return and refund. They refunded me the cost of the product without the cost of postage (£5.95!). They didn't want me to send their product back. So I would not recommend this product to anyone.

My husband ordered two products as Christmas presents, but ordered one incorrectly. When he contacted customer services to ask if it was possible to do an exchange, they were so helpful and actually sent a replacement items free of charge, which was amazing. It cam e really quickly too.
The products are great quality too - couldn't be more impressed!

I have used the products for a few years now and they are brilliant on my hair, however the most recent order had gone missing with the delivery company. The customer service I have received from Only Curls is excellent. I have been getting no where with the missing product for over 2 weeks, however they have now said they will investigate this and are issuing a replacement product to me today. I could not ask for better customer service! Thank you!

Let me tell you how great this company is....
I spent money in the black Friday sale, I bought the biggest bundle I could, though I only have 2c I was excited to have my natural hair back rather than the straight but frizzy I have had for years, I bought the sleep bonnet too because my curls tend to go flat after sleep, however when I tried to sleep in the hat I found that I overheated (I'm autistic and struggle with temp regulation) I emailed and explained to them and they promptly sent out a pillowcase (in a colour of my choice) free of charge, couldn't ask for better customer service, the pillowcase has been a game changer, truly grateful, very happy customer ***** I'd give them more stars if I could, also the products last ages as there's very little needed to get your hair clean and conditioned ☺️

Honestly this business just feels for show, and they don’t actually care about their customers. Targeted non stop adverts about their hats but they’ve had none in stock in smaller sizes and after waiting weeks and being promised they re-stocked only the rainbow one and said they’re not going to get anymore as it’s not worth it? Nice to know their stance on younger customers. I’ve purchased elsewhere now and will try and find similar shampoo elsewhere too. Shame as their shampoo is fabulous but not worth the expensive post and packaging especially when they don’t actually seem to care about younger curls.

I really wanted to like this product and was so excited to be trying it. I bought the full set after reading amazing reviews. I found these products left my hair feeling heavy and sticky. The product however did enhance my curls but I can not stand the heavy sticky feeling, my hair felt dirty. The day after using the products my hair looked out of shape and matted. I feel sad as the set is expensive and I was so looking forward to having healthy bouncy curls.

I've tried a number of different satin beanies but none have been spacious enough to stop my curly hair flattening. This hat is lovely and warm, gorgeous to look at and my hair looks the same after wearing it! Highly recommend

I read the amazing reviews on their website for Enhancing Curl Gel so I straightway bought the 250ml bottle and what a disappointment!. I used as per instructions, but it does not work like gel. Does not hold my curls. £20.00 that I will never get back. I do not recommend this product.

I'm going to preface this by being candid about the fact that I do have eczema, but I only really get flares with the heat and as a general rule, have never suffered with sensitive skin or allergies.
I decided to try only curls as I'd seen it was curly girl approved. The hair products I'd previous been using are excellent, but are quite expensive, and since I mainly wash my hair at the gym, I really liked the idea of having the small bottles that come in the product sets by only curls. I bought the set that includes shampoo, conditioner, co-wash, mousse, two different gels and I think something else but can't remember what. After the first use I could tell that the gel wasn't as strong as that from my previous brand, but I did actually quite like the way it held my hair in looser curls. However, my hair felt horrible. It was sticky to the touch, but it didn't look sticky, so I wasn't overly fussed. I used the products a couple more times and already knew I wouldn't be buying only curls again - definitely not the gels and mousse anyway because the texture of my hair when using the products became more problematic to me. And then the itching started. So I'd probably washed my hair using the products maybe 3 times - in true curly girl fashion i only wash my hair once a week. The itching was insane. I ended up with a birds nest tangle on my head because I was touching my head so frequently to alleviate the itchiness. I then started getting spots on my head.
Even at this point, because I don't like wasting money, I thought I would wash my hair with my previous products once and that might clean my scalp enough for me to continue using only curls every so often.
The itching didn't stop after a wash with my normal products. I ended up buying a medicated shampoo to thoroughly cleanse my scalp - I've used that 3 times now and my head STILL has a level of itchiness that is very abnormal for me, but is drastically better and the spots have gone. I will never be recommending Only Curls to anyone - I realise that not everyone will react as I did but if I've had such issues when I've never had a problem with my scalp before, it could happen to anyone.

I've been using curling products for years. I've like some better than others but never hated a product until today. I have thick heavy waves and some ringlets almost waist length virgin hair. I've seen the advertisements claiming to be amazing and a trial pack popped up deciced to give it ago. My hair has never felt so awful!. It feels like really heavy build up, my hair was flat, sticky I couldn't put a comb through it. Looked like i hadn't washed it in weeks. I used no more than a 10p size on the creme and gel. The company then implied i simply don't know how to use their products and the picture we see are form hair dressers. Surly thay shouldn't make a difference. Clearly it works for some people but it's nothing to rave about much better out there. Save your pennies and don't go for the social media faf

I have been suffering with dry brittle hair for a while which is causing it to break, I use the co cleanser and conditioner along with the gel and creme. I purchased the deep hydrating mask and left on for 20 minutes, when I washed this off I had come up in a rash due to an allergic reaction. I am not usually allergic to anything and thought back to when my hair started to get brittle etc... this correlates with starting to use the products. Theres a lot of unnecessary chemicals in these products

Excellent customer service. I purchased a hat and snood set which arrive with a defect. I contacted Only Curls and they were so helpful, they offered to replace or refund the original set straight away. The satin pillowcase is amazing!

I don't like only curls... I love it 😍 I have tried many products on my menopause curls all gave ok results but only curls have given my the curls of my dreams. Easy to use, smells amazing and results are out standing Thank you 😊

Only curls is a great product. I bought some items for my little one and myself as we both have curly/wavy hair. The customer service at only curls is amazing. I ordered to incorrect item and they rectified this immediately. I highly would recommend only curls for all the curly girlies out there!

Ordered only curls mega hold gel to try, as wanted more of a cast. It dried my curls out on first use and left them looking undefined. Beautiful smell and packaging and a lovely follow up email from the company which was nice, but not for me. My hair is always soft after drying, but feels like straw after using this gel.

Full pack of promises but poorly delivered. Product not good for dry hair. My hair is worsened, dull, brittle now. I do not recommend.
Shampoo and conditioner are ok but hydrating cream is useless and enhancing curly make my hair look like I slept 2 days in a roll without care about it

Beautiful products, yes, but what I've found really special is the customer service. This company has bent over backwards to help me rectify a mistake that I made. Can't fault them, thank you !!

After years of trying every new product on the market, I found Only Curls and have never looked back. I've been buying from them for a couple of years now and absolutely love the products. All Curl Cleanser, All Curl Conditioner and Deep Hydration Hair Mask Intensive keep my curls nourished, hydrated and bouncy. The towels are a must and together with the amazing Hydrating Curl Creme and Enhancing Curl Gel, my curls are styled lovely and stay that way for days.
I recently ordered an incorrect item and my experience with their customer service was second to none. They went way above and beyond and for that (& their products), I just couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Game changing (probably life changing) products.
My whole life I've struggled with my coarse, frizzy, extremely thick hair.

In steps Only Curls to help me, midlife, to take care of my hair, stop heat styling (taking over an hour a time) stop tying it back so tightly.
My hair is transformed overnight, literally.
I have NO frizz, I mean none, zero. I can't quite believe it. My hair is not hard and crusty, my roots are soft and shiny and my waves are defined and soft and.... they move. I'm so delighted with the products. The routine was straight forward and easy to follow and the products smell great without being over powering.
I'm not sure what kind of sorcery this is but I absolutely love it.
