So easy! Really fast. There is a subscription but it does say. I got my top up, deleted the subscription.. again, very easy to follow. They aren't scamming (it says clearly every four weeks renewal)

On Top Up provides an easy way to purchase topup vouchers and credit for Pay As You Go mobile phones. We cover all the major phone networks, allowing users to add multiple phones on different networks to their account, and topup whenever they need.
Please note, that any accounts that opt-in to Auto Topup will have their subscription renewed automatically each month, and for security purposes you will need to log into your account in order to apply the credit to your mobile phone.
Our optional Auto Topup service allows users to automatically buy a topup every month, to help ensure they never run out of credit on their phone(s). The Auto Topup service can be started and paused or cancelled at any time simply by clicking a button in the user account area.

Giving one star as zero is not possible
Complete scam.
The one voucher I bought doesn't even work and there is no process to query it.
Positioned themselves via sponsored ads ahead of the real Vodafone top up service.
Added a £9.95 service fee then activated an auto monthly renewal to charge the same on a recurring basis.
Absolute disgrace, avoid at all costs.

SCAMMERS topped my husbands phone up…
SCAMMERS topped my husbands phone up while away he thought he had gone on Giff Gaff top up as he said it looked the same as normal Giff Gaff top up. His phone never topped up I contacted my bank who said they have now blocked any further payments but said hopefully the merchant would refund ( Which they have not) I rung their customer service, who was i felt rude and unhelpful saying we had activated a voucher, which we never have If we had my husband would have seen his credit I asked for a refund and he refused saying pin had been activated WHAT BLOODY PIN????? So to sum up scammers who will not refund next step bank as as no credit and no top up BEWARE In answer to your response I have the deleted the account that I never wanted set up, it seems many other people have had the same problem . I deleted it because I do not authorise you to take any more money . Bank has refunded and looking into it as you took my money and refused to refund

Didn't work
Didn't work! Paid almost £12 for only £10 credit and no credit was applied to the phone. Turns out it's basically a rip off voucher system and I have no voucher code! More fool me. Will go directly to Giff Gaff in future but was in a rush tonight and kid needed the credit urgently and never got it.

Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service - almost a scam. Essentially, they provide a pin code (after you request it!) which does not work online or on the vodafone call service. They refuse to activate top up themselves or call vodafone to do it. They told me voucher did not work but expect me to sort it out with vodafone. Never ending circle of pain. Even after speaking with management I am £60 down, no top up and refusal to refund. BE WARNED
Ana’s response below is shameful. She knows very well that her colleagues John Adams and Sam have still failed to effect tmy topup or failed to give a refund.
