So easy! Really fast. There is a subscription but it does say. I got my top up, deleted the subscription.. again, very easy to follow. They aren't scamming (it says clearly every four weeks renewal)

On Top Up provides an easy way to purchase topup vouchers and credit for Pay As You Go mobile phones. We cover all the major phone networks, allowing users to add multiple phones on different networks to their account, and topup whenever they need.
Please note, that any accounts that opt-in to Auto Topup will have their subscription renewed automatically each month, and for security purposes you will need to log into your account in order to apply the credit to your mobile phone.
Our optional Auto Topup service allows users to automatically buy a topup every month, to help ensure they never run out of credit on their phone(s). The Auto Topup service can be started and paused or cancelled at any time simply by clicking a button in the user account area.

Not recommended
This online top up service was useful as a one-off when I needed to top up my elderly mother's phone as she was unable to visit Tesco (her phone provider) herself. However, BE AWARE, this company automatically assumes you want the top-ups to be a monthly thing. I do not recall signing up for this and have now noticed another debit from my mother's bank account - very shady (or very well hidden "small print"). I managed to create an account and then I could see that they had set me up for a monthly debit - cancelled with immediate effect. Not recommended unless you are desperate - very good at hiding online (no phone number to contact them). NOT RECOMMENDED.

Do not use this service
Do not use this service. The website is extremely misleading, the support from helplines incredibly unhelpful and patronising and refunds impossible as the operators deny any affiliation to the major companies! Avoid this and dont waste money and time.

5☆ site. So easy and quick to use.
I needed to top up my sons phone quickly before he left for training, and I didn't want to have to talk to someone on the phone just to sort a top up. It was always transfer me to a person and couldn't just top up by text.
It took less that a minute on here to top it up. So quick, easy and stress free, and didn't have to speak to anyone
